“The staff are friendly. Whenever I visit this place, it is around 830am on a weekend before I head over the border to fuel ⛽️ up. At this time there is only one person preparing the breakfast orders and one or two to take orders. I usually have to wait under 10 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich. They tend to toast the bread too much because they send it into the toaster one too many times. I'd suggest perhaps adjusting the toast level on the toaster and do it once correctly to save time. I ordered an apple fritter this time as a side treat. It was a little dry, which tells me the pastries are not fresh. Maybe they are trying to save money. Compromising quality is not the way to keep customers or save money. Invest in better practices.“
“A wonderful family-run cafe and bakery! The coffee and tea are of high quality and always well made. The food is varied and delicious, and new items are always being added to the menu! The cafe is spacious, with plenty of seating and outlets if you want to get some work done! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!“
“Lisa made four kransekage for my wedding. They were absolutely amazingly delicious, and looked beautiful as well. Many of our attendees had never tried kransekage before, and they were raving about how good it was. They were perfect. Highly recommended.“

Whatever you pick, you can’t go wrong. We don’t come to Steveston often, but whenever we do, we always get some waffles from this place.“
“I got 2 scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone (I ate the waffle cone already so it’s not in the picture): the sesame and the mango flavours are so rich. You can really taste the ingredients. The server saw that the cone was fragile and gave me a cup to hold the ice cream. They also offer afternoon tea. I will come back again and try other flavours and maybe their afternoon tea.“
“Visited here from California. They were reasonably priced. They were sold out of apple fritters by 12 noon. I got another donut, some cookies and a meat pie. They were very good. I was glad to be able to spend my money in Canada and not on stupid Black Friday stuff in the US. I hope to visit Delta and the surrounding areas again next year.“
“Amazing place to get great quality goods. Comparing it to other bakeries, the price of the bread is reasonable, but the pastries are a little expensive. Still, everything they sell tastes amazing, from the Italian bread to the blueberry danish.“
“I recently ordered a chocolate peanut butter cake for my husband’s birthday and OH MY, it was DELICIOUS! The chocolate cake was moist and rich and the whipped chocolate buttercream icing was absolutely dreamy! The whole thing was topped with a generous mound of peanut butter cups.
