“Best bread in Vancouver. I wrote a letter to the New York Times food section about this bread!!! I know when it’s delivered to Deep Cove and if I don’t get there soon after, it’s gone! I get two baguettes and always have one in my freezer 🥖“

“I just had my first taste of the baking from this fine establishment. Wow! It is hard to find rich tasting melt-in-your-mouth gluten free cookies - and these are fabulous. Any cookie lover, gluten intolerant or not, would love them. I bought an assortment and am working m way through them. Yes, the coconut ones are amazing - and the almond - and the chickpea flour, and on and on.
I might also add that these tasty things are also very reasonably priced.
The folks here are also very helpful, friendly, and clearly great at what they do. Thank you!“

“Stopped by here while my wife was at an appointment. They had lots of nice breads and sweet treats. I picked up 3 cinnamon buns, 2 iced and 1 plain and a cheese scone.

My wife and older son really enjoyed the iced cinnamon buns. I liked the plain cinnamon bun but it was a little dry. Our younger son enjoyed the cheese scone as he is more of a savoury food person.

The service was great and they are very friendly. A great place to stop by pickup some nice bread or pastry!“

“Best place to buy your high fibre bread or if you want fresh out of the oven scones or danishes👍. We also love their hot dog buns. They have just the right texture. The hot dog buns are perfectly chewy and hold together take a bite. The sweet rolls are really tasty too. I would highly recommend this store 👍👍👍. Plenty of free parking in the parking lot. Bus stops are located on Seymour Parkway.“

“I purchased the the Saman Bakery's Barbari Artisan bread at Real Canadian Superstore in metrotown. Hands down the best bread I ever ate. My husband refuses to go back to regular fancy bread I used to buy him. I now have to stock up and put it in the freezer. When I am ready to eat, I cut to the size i want and put in the toaster. So soft and smells heavenly, so wonderful. Love, love, love it. Highly recommend their flatbread. The garlic one is delicious too!“

“I ordered the coconut slushy and it was very flavourful. I could taste the freshness and sweetness of the tapioca pearls and a great chewy texture. I appreciated the non diary and low sugar options! I also recommend the Muffins, especially the Pineapple Coconut 🍍🥥“

“My husband and I stumbled upon this bakery today and were so glad we did. Unfortunately, we arrived only about 10 minutes before closing, but Bruce still welcomed us in and let us browse. I checked with him first because we completely understood if he wanted to wrap things up for the day, but he was incredibly kind and accommodating. We ended up chatting for a while, and he was genuinely so friendly and welcoming.

I noticed some reviews mentioning pricing, but compared with other gluten-free bakeries, I actually think their prices are pretty on par, if not even a bit better. Gluten-free products can be expensive, and having a place where you can feel safe eating is worth so much.
So far we've tried the cookies, biscotti, and a lemon treat, and they've all been a HIT.

“Such a lovely cozy place with warm and friendly staff. Location was very convenient in the Park and Telford shopping square with plenty free parking. Inside, decorated warm and natural with chairs, high chairs, sofa chairs. There was a semi-private room and an outside patio face to Park and Telford garden. Our latte was served in a nicely art and in a mug. Matcha cookie was well balanced in suger and nuts. There was some cold sandwiches, juices and water as well as donuts as well.“

It was very spacious and clean. Good people. Very good selection available and excellent for holiday makers such as myself. A selection of food to be heated as in Chinese etc. Was OK but only just that.
