The salad came really fresh, and they also have an unsweetened macadamia milk for latte. I enjoyed the coffee so much, which doesn’t happen often in Canada. Great service too!“

“Great cafe with light bites after hiking! The food definitely taste healthier here. The avocado toast and daily soup was simple but delicious. I'm obsessed with the marmalade that they give you (not too sweet or bitter). The charcuterie we got was of high quality ingredients. Meats were not too salty. Waffle we got was light. Would recommend if you're looking for a clean and light meal. The interior was bright and comfortable and perfect for after hike spot.“

“Love this spot, the Cinnabon bun is the best I’ve found on the north shore, the selection of gifts and cards are always excellent and the ice cream is delicious. Staff is always so friendly, and they seem to a positive hub for multiple community groups to meet up. They also support other local businesses and artists with their community wall, and merchandise.

“Barrio is one of the better places to get your coffee in Vancouver and if you live or are anywhere in North Van, this is a place you definitely want to go. Coffee is reasonably priced and there is seating inside to enjoy your coffee (appropriately safe during Covid restrictions). The cafe also sells beans if you need beans for home. P.s if you’re an Aussie or a Kiwi you’ll love it as Barrio is run by an Aussie, so you can expect good standards.“

“The cutest cafe. Such a friendly greeting upon entering and we were immediately offered the most delicious fresh banana bread samples. The sandwiches all looked so good it was hard to decide. Our lunch was so tasty (the bread was amazing) and the pistachio creme croissant was so good. Glad to have found the Harbourside Cafe on our day trip into the city.“

“Such a lovely spot with an amazing view right beside Lonsdale Quay. They have so many different ice cream flavors to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is super relaxing, especially when sitting outside and enjoying the waterfront view. Perfect place to hang out with friends, go for a walk, or just treat yourself on a nice day. “I had a great experience at Blenz Cafe. Marzieh was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and her customer service really stood out. It was a perfect place to sit down, get some laptop work done, and enjoy a great coffee in a calm atmosphere. I also really appreciated that they had gluten-free options. I'll definitely be back!“

I find this cafe has a cozy atmosphere, it is just tucked off of Lonsdale. It’s always been quick to get my caffeine drinks here, they also have a selection of sodas and food.

“Such a lovely cozy place with warm and friendly staff. Location was very convenient in the Park and Telford shopping square with plenty free parking. Inside, decorated warm and natural with chairs, high chairs, sofa chairs. There was a semi-private room and an outside patio face to Park and Telford garden. Our latte was served in a nicely art and in a mug. Matcha cookie was well balanced in suger and nuts. There was some cold sandwiches, juices and water as well as donuts as well.“

“The vibe here is really nice. It's located in a small cozy place, and the store has a raw wood feel to it.

I've never had JJ Bean before, and I came in looking for a quick snack to enjoy by the beach.

The maple pecan cookie was scrumptious.

Soft cookie with hints of smoky maple and the crunch from the pecan in every bite are stunning. I would come here for the cookie alone.

Service was quick and friendly.

Again, I liked the atmosphere because of its natural feeling.

“We had our wedding here and they were absolutely amazing. We had a medical emergency during the wedding and the staff were attentive, and handled everything with sensitivity. They helped make a hard time a little easier. It was also the best wedding food I’ve ever had and several other guests came and told me the same thing. The bartender, Logan, was absolutely phenomenal and our guests absolutely loved him. Overall, a really great and positive experience!“
