“I walked all around Crystal Mall looking for this place, even asking people where it is lol. I was about to give up when I decided to check in one last spot & of course found it located inside the food court, duh! Google Maps made it seem like it was on the outskirts of the mall, hence the confusion. I bought the Mango Milkshake & the gentleman who took my order, I believe he is the owner was very nice. He even put extra mango in my shake. I told him I searched a while & he was so happy & humbled to hear that & asked who heard from about his shop. I told him I looked on Google Maps which showed his shop as top-rated for mango drinks. He was very thankful to me for stopping by his shop. Really appreciated his kind personality. The drink was also great. I may come by again to try the Mango Slush next!“

“On Sundays when the 1st branch is closed, I drive straight to the 2nd branch at Coquitlam Centre. It’s a bit farther, but I love being able to get really delicious bread and desserts there too. I don’t want to drink my precious daily coffee just anywhere. Now, I’m happy I can enjoy high quality drinks even on Sundays. This place has been the best for the past ten years, and it keeps getting even better.👍🏻“

“I come here to work quite often. While it can get busy during peak hours, it's usually laid-back with a relaxed, business-casual atmosphere that's perfect for coffee dates, catching up with friends, or getting some work done.

I usually order a coffee or tea, and I appreciate that they have a good selection of both coffee and non-coffee drinks. Their iced tea is excellent, and the smoothies are also very good. They offer handmade sandwiches and desserts, both of which I recommend. My personal favorites are the tiramisu and the chicken brie sandwich.

The overall vibe is welcoming and comfortable, which is why I find myself coming back regularly to write, work, and meet with people. The staff are always friendly, the service is consistently great, and the bathroom is always clean.

Overall, I highly recommend this café for its great atmosphere, tasty food and drinks, and reliable service.

“I had theory chocolate brownie and a peach smoothie made with yogurt. The brownie was deliciously decadent and the peach smoothie was also delicious and refreshing with the texture of a Tim Hortons ice cap. The servers are friendly and helpful and it was a quiet place to relax.“

The food selection looked great, though I didnt sample any. I appreciated the greek yogourt parfait. The building and table was clean. The washrooms well kept. Got a veggie sub (tofu) and beer salad roll. Counter person was very friendly and professional.

Like that there’s free parking on side streets and pay parking right in front. I think on weekdays usually busier for parking and orders.“

“I love that this Starbucks is here and on the main level. The staff are super friendly and there are many seats to sit in. It's also close to the casino and hotel lobby fireplace. My favourite place to sit. And really nice that it's in such a wide open space. There are so many choices for food, drinks, and snacks, and the hours are great.“

They also have an awesome range of all dairy free milks and their bakery contains a plethora of delicious tasty goodies to cater for all tastebuds as well as vegan and gluten-free options.I wish they would extend their great offer for for coffee and muffin to other baked goods to offer a bit more variety and the fact these things freshly served bad boys literally sell like hot cakes as their so good, but is one my only gripes. Therefore, if your there late morning it's hard to fight for any of the good muffins left.I always opt for my go-to Banana Bread as it's incredibly scrummy and as most of their stuff is made from wholesome, fresh and locally-sourced ingredients.“

“Today at Starbucks inside Save-On-Foods, I saw something very touching.
An elderly lady in a wheelchair wanted to pay for her items, even though this counter is usually only for coffee. A staff member named Em was very kind and patient. He helped her pay for everything and even carefully put her items into her basket.
This was not part of his job, but he showed great kindness and respect. I was really moved by this moment.

Also, the coffee he made was great!

“Today was my first time at a JJ Bean Coffee Roasters & although this initial visit started off on the wrong foot (there was a hair on the salted caramel doughnut I ordered - yuck!) but when I went back to the shop after work to inform not only did the barista refund me but she also gave me another bakery item for free due to the inconvenience! They were out of doughnuts by that point in the day so I got the chocolate chip cookie instead. I was highly impressed by the above & beyond service provides from the barista that I will surely return one day to try their coffee!“

“Like this cafe for their coffee and food. The service from staff can be a bit cold sometimes, but they are quite busy all the time. The only thing i wish was different is the space. The tables and chairs can be quite dirty and crowded, and the mall surrounding the cafe is noisy.“
