I ordered two slices of cake. I find it too expensive (around $7 each) because it was too small, they could have made it slightly bigger. The matcha was mousse like but it wasn’t too sweet, which is good.
We'd just gotten back from a trip to Japan, and were missing our Hojicha ice cream so I stopped by @tsujiri_bc in Metrotown and bought a Hojicha float for my daughter and I to share.There was barely any liquid in the float. It was really more of a soft serve ice cream than a float. This hit the spot as the Hojicha ice cream is really what we were after. As a matcha fan, Tsujiri has always been one of my top matcha stores to go to in Burnaby. However, today's visit wasn't that pleasant. I went to Tsujiri around 4pm and I was the only customer.
