Today at Starbucks inside Save-On-Foods, I saw something very touching.
An elderly lady in a wheelchair wanted to pay for her items, even though this counter is usually only for coffee. A staff member named Em was very kind and patient. He helped her pay for everything and even carefully put her items into her basket.
This was not part of his job, but he showed great kindness and respect. I was really moved by this moment.

I received great service from a barista with long blonde curly hair (unfortunately didn't get her name). She was very open, friendly, and helpful as I figured out my order :)
