“I'm not really a fan of JJbean coffee as I consider it a little sour, regardless I think that's kind of the coffee taste in Vancouver so for most people I'm sure it's ok. “Grabbed coffee with a couple friends here Saturday morning and the flat whites were seriously well pulled, smooth with none of that harsh bitterness you get elsewhere. We sat by the big front windows watching the Fraser Street crowd roll by while the barista walked us through the different single origin beans on offer. The almond croissant was flaky and not overly sweet, perfect with the coffee. Parking was easy to find nearby too, which made the whole outing even better.“

“Today was my first time at a JJ Bean Coffee Roasters & although this initial visit started off on the wrong foot (there was a hair on the salted caramel doughnut I ordered - yuck!) but when I went back to the shop after work to inform not only did the barista refund me but she also gave me another bakery item for free due to the inconvenience! They were out of doughnuts by that point in the day so I got the chocolate chip cookie instead. I was highly impressed by the above & beyond service provides from the barista that I will surely return one day to try their coffee!“

I've never had JJ Bean before, and I came in looking for a quick snack to enjoy by the beach.

The maple pecan cookie was scrumptious.

Soft cookie with hints of smoky maple and the crunch from the pecan in every bite are stunning. I would come here for the cookie alone.

Service was quick and friendly.

Again, I liked the atmosphere because of its natural feeling.
