I've been enjoying West End Coffee for years. From their espresso blends to single origin coffee, the quality and consistency really stand out. You can tell they're incredibly selective about the green beans they source, which show in every cup. Their Denise tea is also fantastic! The quality is something you can truly taste.
There are few roasters in my city that offer single estate coffees and roasting dates so I now order from West End. I started learning about specialty coffees last year and learning to like medium roasts (from dark roasts) has been an acquired taste. West End offers some of the best medium roasts from around the world. The details provided about each roast are so helpful. With JamesHoffman’s Atlas of Coffee on my lap I have so much fun choosing a new coffee to try that WER offers.

During a stint when the ultra fabulous, Denise's Fine Tea, 100% organic, Quangzhou milky oolong tea was not available via Amazon, rather than go without, I opted to order directly from West End Roasters. Little did I know just how long and involved that endeavor would end up being because of customs requirements and documentation! But, I have to say how impressed I was with how each request that I made - and there were several - was handled. Kudos for 5-star+ customer service...read full review
