Who is Joe? Coffee Roasters is a coffee shop in Vancouver that operates out of a commercial space where they roast beans right there. The coffee is incredible, with authentic coffee that is hard to find. The single origin Ethiopian beans (Joe is: in the details) and the Brazil seven fall are mentioned as favorites. The service is phenomenal and the staff are very genuine, caring, and super friendly. They offer a great cup of coffee with seating and a few quiet seats to sit and enjoy. Parking is available, and there is an additional cost for alt milks. They also sell bags of beans for home consumption. The shop is a hidden gem, a little out of the way with signs, but it is so worth driving there. Note that they do not have food items, and the pour over is served in a paper cup that cools way too fast.
