“Quaint little French bakery with delicious pastries! My favourite is the lemon tart, hazelnut dacquoise, and the strawberry mousse cake (seasonal). I also enjoy their coffee, I’ve had the cold and hot mocha and both delicious. There isn’t space for seating but everything is portable and it’s in a beautiful neighborhood to walk around and enjoy your goodies.“

“I am very excited about the platter. It is worth trying. We tried the $78 one and the steaks were juicy and delicious. I also enjoyed the waffle with crispy chicken. The display is impressive. The onion rings are crunchy and delicious. The coffee and lavender latte are okay but not necessarily to try. While it is pricey, it is worth it occasionally. We arrived at 10 a.m. and waited 30 minutes for five people. They have indoor and patio options. The indoor option takes longer for waiting.“

Thank you for your excellent customer service this morning when we bought food especially the lady in the cash register with a big smile who gave balloons to my kids and my friend’s children, and the other lady( Ganan) who helped us with our order, provided bag and even arranged our food inside the bag. “New York Fries remains one of the few dependable residents of the food court, which is no small achievement in a place where lunch often feels like a hostage negotiation with fluorescent lighting.

The fries are still properly crisp, satisfying, and reassuringly familiar. More importantly, the quality has held up over the years, a rare act of discipline in the modern food business.

Also worth noting: the card machine does not ask for tips. One may buy fries without being emotionally blackmailed by a screen. Civilisation, apparently, is not entirely dead.“

“Our server was attentive and apologetic for the long wait (we were at the dining lounge during a very busy period with lots of cancelled & delayed flights due to an unexpected lightning storm), but this was out of their control. Despite this, everything was prepared for our afternoon tea in a manner that was very enjoyable. Lovely presentation, tasty morsels, and there was more than enough food. The dining area was very busy and the level of noise was probably higher than normal, but we were still able to hold a conversation. The view of the tarmac was cool. Some of the chairs in the room need re-upholstering, but were still supportive. Complimentary parking can be arranged through the restaurant concierge, which is nice. Who doesn’t like free parking, right?“

“My son and I visited Chopped Leaf Ironwood yesterday. We ordered two sandwiches: a Chicken Club and a Chipotle Chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, both sandwiches were very disappointing. The Chicken Club was missing the bacon, and the chicken in both sandwiches was cold. Overall, the quality of the food was not what we expected. When I returned to the store and showed the issue to the employee who served us, Komal, she immediately started arguing with me and insisted that the sandwiches had been made correctly. Instead of listening to my concerns, she kept referring to store policies and was quite rude in the way she spoke to both me and my son. She appeared annoyed, made facial expressions, and ignored me while I was speaking. In the middle of our conversation, she walked away and called another employee over. I asked the second employee for her name, and she told me her name was Preet. Before Preet came over to speak with us, I noticed Komal talking to her privately in the corner. Despite being on her break at the time, Preet took the time to come over and listen carefully to our concerns. She apologised sincerely to both me and my son and handled the situation professionally and respectfully. My son explained the issue to her again, and she listened patiently. She provided a solution, explained the refund policy clearly and politely, and offered us salads instead of the sandwiches. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help completely changed the experience for us.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way Komal handled the situation was unacceptable and did not reflect good customer service. On the other hand, Preet demonstrated excellent customer service and deserves recognition for the way she handled the situation, especially considering she interrupted her break to assist us.
I am very disappointed with the service we received from Komal, but I would like to sincerely thank Preet for her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and respectful attitude toward both me and my son.“
