“We went to Car's Dessert and tried all four flavours of their mochi — Aromatic Durian Mochi, Fresh Mango with Cream Mochi, Hawaiian Purple Yam Mochi, and Rich Chestnut Mochi. I would say my favourite is their Durian Mochi with plenty of filling in a thin, soft mochi encasing the durian. I appreciate how they used real chestnut for the Chestnut Mochi. Please take note, they only accept cash unless it's over $20, then they accept debit.“

“Had a nice experience first time trying Milky Snow today. We were looking for something light and coffee and it was the perfect place. Owner(?) lady was very nice even though she was all by herself. We were relaxing with our dogs and had the chicken sandwich, fish waffles and two lattes they were all very good. Will come back again!“

We just got two cause I wanted a snack - red bean and custard. It’s not too sweet!! I normally don’t like custard but it’s pretty good here. Reminds me of an egg tart.

“Great soy puddings! I had the Psyduck one, and it was just as jiggly as the ones shown on TikTok, and very delicious, too, and the price was very reasonable! Loved the variety of toppings, and it was a joy to sit and enjoy the pudding on a hot day. The employee was also very nice. The bathroom is clean and spacious.“

“Had a great experience at Minute Cafe in Richmond! Kashif bhai the owner, is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the place feel even more special.

I’ve tried their cookies, cake, muffins, club sandwich, croissant sandwich, and chai, and honestly everything was delicious. The baked goods were fresh and flavorful, the sandwiches were well-made and satisfying, and the chai was excellent.

You can tell they put care into both the food and customer service. Definitely a hidden gem and a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend a must-try spot if you’re in Richmond!“

“I really like the brownsugar milk tea, and the pearls is fresh sweet and chewy. The cheese foam on top literally had cheese on them ,but made my drink quite sour because of it. Sweet and sour lol. My new go to bubbletea spot, such a hidden gem.“

“Ordered the birthday cakes definitely the best cake ever, they looked super pretty and were perfect. The two women there that day were super helpful and nice they help me put cakes in the car and gave ice pack to keep it cool. Overall a perfect bakery and they have nice sitting area too.“

“Really nice dessert spot! Their summer limited shaved ice is so refreshing. I especially loved the Thai milk tea red bean ice, rich tea flavor with creamy salted cheese and sweet red beans. The strawberry matcha mochi ice was also light, fruity, and perfect for summer. Mango sago and Oreo cake were delicious too. Great place to come with friends!“

“Decent sweet soup shop. Not a lot of menu options, but has the usual sweet soups.

Compared to another sweet soup shop, the mango pomelo sago here was slightly less sweet which wasnt as popular with my kids.

I got the durian sago which had durian meat, ice cream and it was very good.

Overall, great service. The lady serving owns the shop, and she's very friendly.“

“We (family of 4) have been coming here for almost 10 years. We love the icy bar drinks and desserts at Parker Place and here (we get to sit down and enjoy). The latest VALUE menu with items $4 to $6.5 is a good deal. We can try different things and if you get TAKE OUT it's buy one get one free. So much healthier and cheaper than all the cafes in Richmond!!“
