“This place is so amazing. I didnt have any expectations but everything was so good and delicious! The triangle kimbap (spam) was so well seasoned and delicious! The mango bingsu was so fresh and yummy. The iced decaf Americano was huge and the coffee flavour was so good?! Service was friendly and the whole wall opened up to the outside on a sunny day to let in the breeze - perfection! We want to come back for sure.“

“I have been coming to this location only, for well over 4 months now and I have always been amazed at how friendly and amazing your staff is.
Myself being a manager of a company I know first hand how hard it can be to hold on to great, amazing, and hardworking employees you should be very proud of your staff as they are all amazing and work incredibly hard for your franchise.
Your food, smoothies and juices so far have all been amazing as I work my way through your menu, I usually try to come over to this location at least 3 times per week.

“They hired new staff which is not as good as the old one. I scheduled a order from uber eats so that i can pickup and won’t be late for work. But the staff didn’t make it on time and i had to wait like extra 15 minutes for my order. Their food is good but the staff isn’t.“

“Great place to get a banh mi and vietnamese iced coffee! Service was also great and they bring the food to your table if you dine in. I got the beef banh mi and it was the perfect level of spice. The area is a bit small so it may be hard to find a seat if you are coming as a group.“

“Surprise find when I was craving desserts at night. The owner was a kind older gentleman, he was very attentive & fast.

🥥We absolutely enjoyed the coconut jelly, the mango was freshly cut (we heard him cutting at the back) and the taro balls tastes chewy. The jelly itself was very fresh, not too sweet but still kept the young coconut’s flavour.

🍲The chicken soup was okay, nothing to complain about for just $5.99.

🥮The wheel cake was a bit stale, feels like it’s not as fresh as I expected.

“Best milk tea shop in Greater Vancouver!! I’ve been a huge HEYTEA fan since I was in mainland China and I’ve been to this location sooo many times.
Their whole thing is using good ingredients, and they really do live up to it—fresh fruit peeled in store, good quality milk, and perfectly chewy pearls and toppings. HEYTEA is just the best! I also love how creative they are. All drinks on the menu are their own original creations, and they’re always coming out with something new. Always excited to see what HEYTEA comes up with next.“

Drinks do not taste overly sweet at 50% sugar. I also appreciate that they use strong paper lid covers/straws instead of plastic.“

“We usually order the buy three get one free mango lover deal. The mango lover tastes rich and creamy with mango bits and sago, there is a bit of grapefruit pulp added for aesthetic. There is now two kiosks available for you to make your order. The shop also sells roasted chestnuts next door (at the small red window) and offers samples at the counter.“

“The oat milk matcha is so amazing, I don’t enjoy matcha anywhere else nearly as much anymore. I’m sad that the only location in BC is in the airport. “Came to this Coco on July 25th around 8pm because it was the closest to my house. Service at this coco is so good, better than the other stores. The cashier who took our order was super friendly and nice. Double checked the sugar and ice level for each drink we were ordering. Consider giving that girl a raise. Definitely recommend to other people. Fresh mango smoothie with coconut jelly is a must have. 5/5 stars“

“This place is one of the rare Coco locations left that uses real Yakult branding Yakult for their drinks (and not the Costco probiotic) as well as REAL grapefruit and not the grapefruit pulp.

Not all Coco stores are the same. Don’t waste your money supporting ones that cheats you.

“Coco’s drink quality is always consistent so I always come back! However, I am a bit dissatisfied with the customer experience in my last visit.

I ordered a milk tea with 30% sugar and regular ice. Unfortunately by the time I looked at my receipt and I realized it did not say 30% sugar the drink had already been made. As I let the girl with the glasses and claw clip know she said “but it’s already made, so it is it okay?”. And then I kindly asked her to remake it because I was sure I asked for 30% (I always get my drinks 30% for health reasons) and she looked pretty annoyed and said with a straight face “but you said regular sugar and ice”. To which I kindly said “oh I did say 30% actually sorry”. But I’m grateful she asked the barista to remake it anyways.

What happened was after I ordered, there was a lineup behind me so I wanted to quickly leave the counter after ordering. It’s definitely my fault for not double checking the screen and properly listening to the cashier repeat my order. But even if it was my mistake, I don’t think it warranted that kind of reaction from her. Remaking a regular milk tea takes less than 30 seconds and doesn’t cost a lot of money at all. I didn’t understand why it seemed like such an inconvenience to request the drink to be remade. Again, I’m grateful she did end up asking the barista to remake my drink (she was also really nice when I was ordering) but this experience did make me a little sad and I felt bad for being troublesome.“

“Drinks are absolutely Fantastic and wait time was cool too! But the service really took a star off. I love the fact that they use decomposable straws. Though one time we went 10 minutes early but they just wouldn’t make one for us. Wish the opening hours were a little earlier. My favourite is the rice yogurt! It is so good!!!

“We (family of 4) have been coming here for almost 10 years. We love the icy bar drinks and desserts at Parker Place and here (we get to sit down and enjoy). The latest VALUE menu with items $4 to $6.5 is a good deal. We can try different things and if you get TAKE OUT it's buy one get one free. So much healthier and cheaper than all the cafes in Richmond!!“

“The most I complain is about their seats being so dirty. They are obviously seen a lot of large or small stains on the seating area of the sofa. The store is located near river shore area and expected to have high comfort dining experience. This is my first dining in but however being so shocked with this nice and roomy store. Service is good and the store's counter, floor and washroom are clean.“
