“I understand why there is always a line up for this place now. It's very delicious drink. So other day wee had the atmospheric river rain all day. The line up moved inside. Just be aware. There is a machine you use to order. When we arrived at 8pm there was no mango available. We have the other options. Would come back hopefully when the line ups are less. But if you must the drink is great.“

“I got the mango tea with sago. It was pretty good but I wish there was a 30% sugar level because I still found 50% a bit sweet.
I had never been here before so I asked ONE question about popular choices and received a snappy response (there was no other customer in there at the time).

The boba is just right—chewy and full of flavor. I also love the beautiful cups they serve the drinks in. Although the shop is on the smaller side and more suited for takeaway, it’s perfect for grabbing a delicious drink on the go. Highly recommend!“

“this place has the best bbt in vancouver. i always try to stop by when im in richmond! i’ve tried their jasmine milk tea, oreo chudai tea, peach slush, and strawberry blueberry slush with salty cream (picture).

their tea doesn’t taste artificial at all and the sweetness level is perfect for me (i always get 50% sugar). i really recommend their salty cream and taro balls! the prices aren’t cheap but the taste is worth it to me, and the drinks always come out so pretty!

today there was no lineup and my drink literally came out within a minute of ordering. sometimes when there’s a lineup there’s a bit of a wait, but the service is relatively fast and the staff is really nice!“

“101 Boba Capstan Way is beyond incredible. I had the Classic Milk Tea, it was done in a couple of seconds!! So fast!! I would definitely recommend this boba shop to anyone that loves bubble tea!

“My family and I have been visiting 101 Boba on Cambie many times and this is one of our favourite ones. My top drinks would be No.8 green tea, Orange green tea, and passion fruit green tea. However, my wife loves their four seasons with mango sorbet, while the kids love the classic black pearl milk tea. This is in our top 5 bubble tea places in Vancouver.

This time, I visited this place in Richmond. Flavour is consistent and it didn’t fail me. Parking is easy.“

Fortunately there are not many people hahaFood part:- Salty crispy chicken $10.95: Wow, the meat is fresh and tender and the chicken skin is fried. The portion is similar to the one sold in T&T but it is 5 yuan more expensive It is still delicious but a bit expensive- Beef tendon, brisket and eggplant clay pot rice $16.5: When it was served, I discovered that the sauce tasted exactly like the mushroom sauce of Taiwan night market steak! It’s the same cooking bag. The beef tendon and brisket are quite tender, but the same... so expensive and so small -Add set meal for $2: It turns out it’s just two small dishes not worth it.Overall, it's a bit expensive and the portion is small, but the taste is okay.“

“I really liked the boba milk that I ordered. It was one of the best and one of the most tasty drinks that I have ever drank! It was a great experience being at the shop and drinking it. The service is extremely nice and the milk tea and boba was phenomenal. The boba pearls were extremely chewy and sweet that contrasted the nice and creamy and less sweet milk tea. “Coco’s drink quality is always consistent so I always come back! However, I am a bit dissatisfied with the customer experience in my last visit.

I ordered a milk tea with 30% sugar and regular ice. Unfortunately by the time I looked at my receipt and I realized it did not say 30% sugar the drink had already been made. As I let the girl with the glasses and claw clip know she said “but it’s already made, so it is it okay?”. And then I kindly asked her to remake it because I was sure I asked for 30% (I always get my drinks 30% for health reasons) and she looked pretty annoyed and said with a straight face “but you said regular sugar and ice”. To which I kindly said “oh I did say 30% actually sorry”. But I’m grateful she asked the barista to remake it anyways.

What happened was after I ordered, there was a lineup behind me so I wanted to quickly leave the counter after ordering. It’s definitely my fault for not double checking the screen and properly listening to the cashier repeat my order. But even if it was my mistake, I don’t think it warranted that kind of reaction from her. Remaking a regular milk tea takes less than 30 seconds and doesn’t cost a lot of money at all. I didn’t understand why it seemed like such an inconvenience to request the drink to be remade. Again, I’m grateful she did end up asking the barista to remake my drink (she was also really nice when I was ordering) but this experience did make me a little sad and I felt bad for being troublesome.“

“It’s a very small but cute bubble tea shop. They seem to focus on quality of the drinks and the package/marketing. It’s pricier than your typical bubble tea places so whether or not it’s worth the price is up to you. I personally enjoyed the drinks but probably won’t be drinking it too often.

I got the black milk tea with panna cotta and fresh strawberry slush with cream foam. My favourite was the black milk tea but strawberry slush was refreshing in the summer heat!“

“I came into this with little expectations but it was really cool! I enjoyed the flavours and consistencies. I got the strawberry mochi yogurt and my sister got the peach mochi one. I liked both of them but preferred mine more. Was really good and really filling.“

“This place is pretty good. Not sure why the ratings are low. The sugar and ice levels are consistently much higher than what you will ask for. I would say 30% is more like full sugar and low ice is average ice.

Portion for Toppings are very inconsistent. Sometimes loads of Toppings and not enough tea or the other way around.

“Love their Oreo mochi milk tea since it is my go to drink of choice. I wish they had 30% sugar option because 50% is still a bit too sweet. Other than that, the service here is good but there are some occasions where the staff does not notice customers entering the store because of the huge signs covering the window where the cashier normally stands.“

“We came at 11pm and didn't expect much but the food & drink were so great that we'll be happy to come back. We had the mango lover coconut pudding, chicken coconut soup, summer mojito (non-alcoholic) and peach oolong tea with cream cheese. We love everything! That bowl of soup was the best thing at $6!!! “This place is one of the rare Coco locations left that uses real Yakult branding Yakult for their drinks (and not the Costco probiotic) as well as REAL grapefruit and not the grapefruit pulp.

Not all Coco stores are the same. Don’t waste your money supporting ones that cheats you.

“My 5-star rating is solely for their fruit tea. I wouldn’t recommend the milk tea, but their seasonal fresh fruit tea is always as delicious as I remember. What really makes it special is that their preparation method is unique compared to other milk tea shops, which sets them apart. Even though the service and atmosphere are pretty average and nothing to write home about, I’ll keep returning for the fruit tea alone. It’s consistently refreshing, and the use of fresh, in-season fruits really makes a difference.“
