I tried both their osmanthus milk tea and the osmanthus oolong fresh milk tea, both with no extra sugar and both were delicious. No extra sugar was definitely the move as it was quite sweet. The inside is very cute, some seating and they have a little cart of board games for you to play:) will definitely be coming back and I 100% recommend stopping here.“

“Went during their BOGO Anniversary deal, and decided to try their Lychee osmanthus milk tea alongside their matcha latte frappe. There was obviously a line, but it went by decently, and my drink came out relatively quick.

The lychee osmanthus was okay imo. Just tasted my lychee and a hint of osmanthus, refreshing though.
The whipped matcha cream was not too sweet, and the pecans were nice. I'd say I prefer the matcha over the other drink I had.

However, I just wish they had more toppings since I prefer texture in my bubble teas. But I can understand that certain teas may not always call for toppings but some brown sugar pearls for their matcha would probably make me go bankrupt 🤤“

“The owner and my server, Madeline, are absolutely amazing! 🤩

I had pre-ordered a drink through Fantuan a day in advance because my boyfriend was going to pick it up for me while I was at work. On the pickup day, he told me they didn't have my drink. I assumed I'd be able to get a refund through Fantuan, so I didn't look into it any further.

A few days later, Fantuan informed me that I wasn't eligible for a refund because CocoBay had already made my drink and kept it until closing time. I was really confused, so I went to the shop to figure out what had happened. I explained that I had given my boyfriend the order number, but he didn't have my phone with him at the time, so I'm not sure if I accidentally gave him the wrong number or if there was a miscommunication during pickup.

Even though it wasn't their fault, the owner and Madeline kindly offered to remake my drink so I wouldn't lose my money or leave empty-handed. That level of customer service is rare these days, and I'm incredibly grateful for their kindness and understanding.

The drink was absolutely delicious as well! Great service, great people, and great drinks. I'll definitely be coming back. ❤“

“My favorite bubble tea shop ever! Great quality drinks with mochi like boba that I cant get enough of. Prices are surprisingly average compared to the high quality I see in their drinks. Always have great specialty drink choices (again with decent prices compared to other places). And drink sizes are average too, so prices arent lower for smaller drinks. Love this place!“

“Ordered the iced pistachio jasmine tea with 30% ice and zero sugar. It was not very sweet which is perfect for me. I had to wait in line to order but the wait was only 5 minutes. After ordering, they would announce the number and displayed on the screen. I only waited 10 minutes. The whole experience was good and wait time was acceptable. I can’t wait to try other flavours.“

“Surprise find when I was craving desserts at night. The owner was a kind older gentleman, he was very attentive & fast.

🥥We absolutely enjoyed the coconut jelly, the mango was freshly cut (we heard him cutting at the back) and the taro balls tastes chewy. The jelly itself was very fresh, not too sweet but still kept the young coconut’s flavour.

🍲The chicken soup was okay, nothing to complain about for just $5.99.

🥮The wheel cake was a bit stale, feels like it’s not as fresh as I expected.

“I ordered a Mango Green Tea from 101 Boba through Uber Eats recently, and I wanted to leave feedback about the experience because the customer service at the Capstan location really stood out.

On the Uber Eats menu, the drink description for the Mango Green Tea was not very clear that it included additional
ingredients/floating toppings inside the drink and i thought it would be mango flavoring. When I received it, it was not what I expected, and I honestly was not very happy with it. I called the store simply to ask if there was any possibility of exchanging it, and I even explained that I had not really drank it and was willing to bring it back.

Carrie at the Capstan location handled the situation extremely professionally. She was polite, understanding, and genuinely cared about keeping the customer happy. She immediately tried to help and made the process easy instead of making it uncomfortable or difficult. She even told me not to worry about bringing it back.

Considering the drink itself was not very expensive, I really appreciated that she focused more on customer satisfaction and long term service rather than arguing over policy.

That kind of service is what makes customers want to come back again.
I also contacted another location to ask about the situation, and while the staff member there was still polite, the experience felt very different. The response was more focused on explaining that the drink already comes with floating ingredients rather than understanding why the menu description may have confused a customer ordering online. I mentioned that the Uber Eats menu could probably be made clearer for future customers so people know exactly what they are ordering.

Overall, I just want to give credit to Carrie at the Capstan location for handling the situation the right way. Professional, understanding, and customer focused service like that makes a huge difference.“

“Delicious fresh fruit tea options and a pleasantly bright & clean ambiance. (Tried the Day N Tokyo - lychee with konjac jelly). Service was very patient and friendly as well. Drinks do not taste overly sweet at 50% sugar. I also appreciate that they use strong paper lid covers/straws instead of plastic.“

“Came to this Coco on July 25th around 8pm because it was the closest to my house. Service at this coco is so good, better than the other stores. The cashier who took our order was super friendly and nice. Double checked the sugar and ice level for each drink we were ordering. Consider giving that girl a raise. “Flavourful bubble tea! We got all slushies of Ovaltine (chocolate), Taro, and Watermelon. All tasted good. The only thing I didn’t like is the awkward parking in the area. Parking is pretty tight.

“It was my first time trying their bubble tea. I ordered the Dongding Oolong Milk Tea with tapioca jelly and agar jelly, and it was pretty good! I also just noticed they offer osmanthus flavors as they had some samples by the counter, which happens to be my favorite. I’ll definitely come back to try it next time!“

“Coco’s drink quality is always consistent so I always come back! However, I am a bit dissatisfied with the customer experience in my last visit.

I ordered a milk tea with 30% sugar and regular ice. Unfortunately by the time I looked at my receipt and I realized it did not say 30% sugar the drink had already been made. As I let the girl with the glasses and claw clip know she said “but it’s already made, so it is it okay?”. And then I kindly asked her to remake it because I was sure I asked for 30% (I always get my drinks 30% for health reasons) and she looked pretty annoyed and said with a straight face “but you said regular sugar and ice”. To which I kindly said “oh I did say 30% actually sorry”. But I’m grateful she asked the barista to remake it anyways.

What happened was after I ordered, there was a lineup behind me so I wanted to quickly leave the counter after ordering. It’s definitely my fault for not double checking the screen and properly listening to the cashier repeat my order. But even if it was my mistake, I don’t think it warranted that kind of reaction from her. Remaking a regular milk tea takes less than 30 seconds and doesn’t cost a lot of money at all. I didn’t understand why it seemed like such an inconvenience to request the drink to be remade. Again, I’m grateful she did end up asking the barista to remake my drink (she was also really nice when I was ordering) but this experience did make me a little sad and I felt bad for being troublesome.“

“The most I complain is about their seats being so dirty. They are obviously seen a lot of large or small stains on the seating area of the sofa. The store is located near river shore area and expected to have high comfort dining experience. This is my first dining in but however being so shocked with this nice and roomy store. Service is good and the store's counter, floor and washroom are clean.“

“This is the best steamed chicken I’ve ever had. It was incredibly juicy and tender, with so much flavor that no sauce was needed. It tasted amazing on its own.
The other dishes were good as well, but the steamed chicken was definitely the highlight. The salted egg yolk fried shrimp was delicious, and the coconut chicken soup was also a great choice. I’d come back again just for the chicken.“
