Good value Taiwanese food.
We stopped by on a Tuesday evening after a day of sightseeing around Richmond and were glad we did, the popcorn chicken with basil was crispy and full of flavor. The brown sugar boba milk tea hit the spot after all the walking, not too sweet and the tapioca pearls were perfectly chewy. Staff were friendly and quick even though the place was busy, and they helped us figure out the menu since we were first timers.
