Xing Fu Tang serves handmade tapioca pearls that are always fresh to order and cooked in a big wok, giving them amazing flavour and chewiness. The milk tea is very sweet and cannot be adjusted. Customer service is excellent, with a friendly and joyful staff member. The drink is nice, pretty, and flexible. This location inside Lansdowne Richmond T&T only accepts card payment, so customers should come prepared.
