Xing Fu Tang is one of those bubble tea names that instantly brings me back to Taipei. Their Ximending location is famously popular with tourists, with hordes of people lining up for their drinks.

Xing Fu Tang serves handmade tapioca pearls that are always fresh to order and cooked in a big wok, giving them amazing flavour and chewiness. The milk tea is very sweet and cannot be adjusted. Customer service is excellent, with a friendly and joyful staff member. The drink is nice, pretty, and flexible. This location inside Lansdowne Richmond T&T only accepts card payment, so customers should come prepared.
