We had a honey green tea and bubble waffle here. The tea was great but the bubble waffle was kinda meh. The shell tasted a bit rough and it was a bit too sweet. I'll come back for the tea but skip the bubble waffle next time I shop at the outlet.
[June 2023]All round good new boba place. Fast & friendly.Good pearls & good taste. Mango & watermelon slush are fresh fruit slushes. Bunch of random asian snacks are on the side as well.[November 2023]Today, we ordered the Blue Raspberry Lemonade with pearls and it tasted really bad. The pearls also had a bad, tough texture. However, service is still ok, so I'm leaving it a 3*. I probably won't be coming back.

A nice little bubble tea place tucked away at a far corner of the outlet. Steady flow of customers, but not overly overcrowded; plentg of indoor and outdoor seating for everyone.Staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations. Price is reasonable for a outlet bubble tea shop, with most drinks selling for $5.99 to $6.99.I got the lychee fruit tea with black tea.
