“I stumbled across this quaint coffee shop while needing a place to wait for an hour. Excellent coffee, the baked goods look good but I didn't try (will have to next time). They are a local roaster. A must visit if you're in the Cloverdale area!“

“Tried coffee creama and bubble waffle. The waffle could have used a bit more cooking time to reduce the chewiness. Had just the right amount of sweetness. The coffee creama is out of this world! It's cold coffee and ordered without ice. So refreshing and filling! Great service as well.“

Service was honestly great; the person across the counter was extremely friendly and really patient while I stared at the menu forever, lol. They asked what kind of flavors I usually go for and suggested a lighter fruity tea with less sugar. Drink turned out balanced, not too sweet, ice level felt okay. Simple spot, but the way they talk you through options makes it feel pretty comfortable to hang around for a bit.“

“Unbelievable food, and more importantly, unbelievable service! Not only is the food amazing but also incredibly authentic. Our kids didn't want Poké, so it was nice to have tots and Mac n cheese as alternatives. You're not going to find more bang for your buck in terms of their drinks as well. “Ordered a Grass Jelly Milk Tea ($7.15) with oat milk (added cost). It was a good milk tea, nothing special, but I loved the texture of the grass jelly. Like all bubble tea places, you can choose your sugar and ice levels. They have an extensive menu of different teas, slushies, juices and milks, as well as special cheese cream options and bubble waffles. Service was friendly. It was one lady working at the time, and she let me know that not everything was available on their menu (I didn't ask which options weren't). I ordered a pretty generic drink, however.

Happy to have a bubble tea option at King George Hub. They don't have seating inside, aside from a single table for 2 inside, which looked like it could double as patio furniture for nice days outside. I'd return!“

A bit of a bummer that for delivery (through Uber), the fees and wait times seem ridiculous - $8.99 delivery fee with a wait of 50-65 minutes? I can order something from bubble tea places in Langley thats way cheaper in fees and at least half the wait time.

Parking: In a complex with a big parking lot with other stores (ie safeway, london drugs, etc.)“

“My girlfriend and I stopped by Mama Mia today. The service was really good as we were welcomed right as we entered. Shoutout to the Asian lady working today for the excellent service. She let us try out many flavours and was very patient throughout the entire visit. We both ended up choosing the mango flavour with bubblegum and cappuccino. We definitely recommend the mango flavour. We will be visiting again soon!“
