“This was such a good spot for pho! We got the pho satay and beef noodle soup pho. If you like spicy, I would highly recommend ordering the pho satay (*contains peanuts). Both broths were so flavourful and so good. They also have a wide variety of bubble tea and they are 15% off on weekends - we ordered the brown sugar pearls.

The only critique I have is that although the broth was amazing, the noodles slightly over cooked. If they were cooked perfectly, it would have been a 10/10. Additionally, although the milk tea was spectacular, the pearls were hard and undercooked, so we ended up avoiding them. Our food and drinks would have been perfect if these things were improved.

Other than that the atmosphere was super cute, our server was very friendly, and gave great recommendations!

Overall, would recommend and come back!“

It was pretty busy at the time I ordered but the employees were very efficient and organized. When it was my turn, I like how the cashier/server confirmed my order before making it. I wish I got her name! She also patiently answered my questions about the loyalty program. Great people and notably very clean This is my go-to bubble tea place!

“The bubbletea here was good!!! We ordered the tiger brown sugar one and it tasted good. Their pearls are also warm when you just get the drink and they made the drinks quick too. Only downside is that the drink tastes more milky and have less of a tea flavour but it was still good!“

Parking: There is a lot of parking around in their area and we got lucky to park in front.“

“My wife and I were in our old neighborhood running an errand and decided to stop for lunch. I've always wanted to try a ramen shop. Just so happens Menzou Ramen is here at Morgan Crossing, which has lots of parking. We stopped here on a Tuesday. It wasn't busy since it was a weekday. Which was great. Lots of seating and quick service. We sat down and ordered popcorn chicken and the won ton ramen. The food was great. The popcorn chicken was very tender with a very light, spicy, deep fry on the outside. The won ton ramen was tasty. It has a miso soup base with noodles, bamboo shoots, green onion, and won ton. It's reasonably priced, and food and service is great.“

A bit of a bummer that for delivery (through Uber), the fees and wait times seem ridiculous - $8.99 delivery fee with a wait of 50-65 minutes? I can order something from bubble tea places in Langley thats way cheaper in fees and at least half the wait time.

“They have a very good selection and I bought Chocolate slush and Pinacolada Slush. Very nice tast. I can say it’s almost the same quality as the bubble world (bit less thickness than the bubble world. But I’m not reducing a start for that small thing)

Overall this s a really good place for a bubble tea at King George. 1min walk from the sky train station.

Today I bought a brown sugar pear and a Milk tea Triple.
Brown sugar pearl was good. But Milk Tea Triple was terrible. Jelly s disgusting and feels like it’s expired.
We had the same from Chartime yesterday and it was amazing. That’s why we wanted to buy another today from ur place. But we’ll never buy again from PresoTea.

“The place is very well decorated, I really like the green and brown contrasting colours! I’ve been here for a couple years now and they never disappoint me.

I like how the teas are freshly brewed for each order and it isn’t prepared ahead of time. If you’re a tea lover, I’d recommend this place as it is fresh and authentic. The mango smoothie is my favourite as they don’t use powders or artificial flavours :)“
