“Hands down one of my fave spots in New West. Their 1L drink deal is the best—super worth it, especially if you love bubble tea as much as I do lol. Even though the shop’s pretty small and it gets busy, the staff are always on it and keep things moving. Tons of drink options too, so there’s always something new to try. Drinks are always good and the pearls are just right. Definitely recommend!“

“I wanted a drink I could pair with a topping, and I was able to keep my order simple with both. The staff interaction was friendly, which made choosing feel comfortable. “The bubble tea is what my family and I love about the place they’re consistent, creamy, pearls are the right tenderness and the flavour are true to the taste, staff are always friendly and helpful. The food, we actually haven’t tried it but it always looks delish and the place always have ppl whenever we go in to order, so we really should try the food one of these days. Two thumbs up!“

“So many good things to say about this location. For starters, I love how the inside is decorated, the middle booths are so aesthetic and cozy. Not only are the drinks amazing but so are the staff! I had a chance to join their bubble tea workshop which was so much fun. They started off with a history lesson (make sure you pay attention for possible prizes at the end) and went into the different teas/toppings offered at Gongcha. Such a great hands on experience, I would recommend if you're a bubble lover!! 🧋💕“
