Ultimately, the teas are great, the ambiance is what you would expect from a space like this. It's quiet but has nice level of music playing in background. “Got the mango mountain and it was delicious. It doesn’t taste like artificial powder flavour. Pearls were perfect and even though it said normal sugar, I didn’t find it overly sweet. Staff was quick and kind. Happy they’re here at Coquitlam centre. They also add bits of mango on top. Yum!“

“Love this place. Could go to Gong Cha after school with my friends and if we want to, go to Coquitlam mall too. Overall very good bubble tea place, good drinks and even board games when you get your bubble tea, tho mostly we just have takeout. “The service has gotten better than before. The previous staff didn’t let me speak Chinese when placing an order. He said he didn’t speak Chinese, but I clearly heard them chatting in Chinese and didn’t smile at the customers. But now the staff is very nice.
