Gongcha and Xing Fu Tang are generally speaking my favourite tea chains. They’re pretty good and not too crowded.
I think in this case quality does vary a bit depending on day and how busy the shop is. There ARE significantly less options now compared to a few years ago but the taste is still fairly good.
