Friendly staff and usually yummy food but this is the second time that my order had no beef in my beef noodle soup :( since it's delivery I can't do anything about it, I'm paying 16$ for just broth and noodles... because this keeps happening I think they need to triple check before packing it
3.5 stars for the food. The food feels like a touch above food court quality and lacks something. The fried chicken lacks a freshness and plumpness, and the broth of the beef noodle soup lacks a bit of richness.This particular location always seems empty.The servers seem friendly and manage large groups well.

Had a positive experience at this location, the beef soup was a nice comfort food, simple and tasty broth. We tried the assorted marinated platter and the shank and chicken gizzard were my fav. Overall a good experience, the one waitress was super friendly, attentive and went above and beyond with her service.
