Great customer service! I had family visiting from Spain, stranded in Vancouver due to cancelled Kelowna flights, and Piva was able to accommodate remote payment (I’m in Alberta), so that my family could enjoy a delicious meal and have a wonderful Canadian experience. Thank you so much for the effort, and the good communication throughout the transaction.
I've eaten here several times and it's always a good experience. Very delicious traditional Italian dishes while offering a lot of new-age experimental Italian fare. Lots of veggie options for the vegetarians out there and a very good setting. Perfect place for a romantic night out.
