Great customer service! I had family visiting from Spain, stranded in Vancouver due to cancelled Kelowna flights, and Piva was able to accommodate remote payment (I’m in Alberta), so that my family could enjoy a delicious meal and have a wonderful Canadian experience. Thank you so much for the effort, and the good communication throughout the transaction.
