Had a positive experience at this location, the beef soup was a nice comfort food, simple and tasty broth. We tried the assorted marinated platter and the shank and chicken gizzard were my fav. Overall a good experience, the one waitress was super friendly, attentive and went above and beyond with her service.

Friendly staff and usually yummy food but this is the second time that my order had no beef in my beef noodle soup :( since it's delivery I can't do anything about it, I'm paying 16$ for just broth and noodles... because this keeps happening I think they need to triple check before packing it

The fried chicken lacks a freshness and plumpness, and the broth of the beef noodle soup lacks a bit of richness.This particular location always seems empty.The servers seem friendly and manage large groups well.

I went to pick up food and it wasn't even busy. I was waiting for the server, but they kept ignoring me as if I were invisible, just walking past. I tried to make eye contact, but they look at the ground and walk, not acknowledging someone come to their restaurant. at least, please greet customers and ask why they're here. In the end, I had to initiate the conversation, pay for the food, and pick up the prepared order. The food was always tasty, but I don't think I'll be coming back again.

It's rare to find a restaurant that has been open for so many years and still has such good service. It welcomes guests with the same enthusiasm every time. I like the plum chicken steak very much. The big bowl of plum sauce with crispy chicken steak goes very well with rice. There are many kinds of food here. I like to come here when gathering with friends. It is also suitable for children. The price and quality are very satisfactory.Parking: Metered street parking.Kid-friendliness: There are many types to choose from, there are also many drinks and ices, and the space inside is spacious, which is very suitable for dining with children.
Takeout was missing an item we ordered. We called back and they said that there would be no charge and to pick up the soup. Went back again and picked it up. When we got home we opened the container and all it had was water and a few small scraps of vegetables. We called back but it went to voicemail, they were still open. So, they've lost a customer.

The nicest service I've had in a long time. Walked in with a sleeping toddler and was treated so nice. So accommodating. The server was the sweetest.Chicken Currey, the sweet toast & the bubble teas were great too.
Absolutely love this place compare to all other location. The head server always so welcoming. Out of all places to dine in, this must be one of our favorite. Food relatively priced but it's the server's attitudes that kept us coming back. Thanks Allin.
