Rare find in Surrey for a nice quiet inviting place to have breakfast coming off the freeway!!! “I had the matcha pearl latte, which was very good (though the pearls tasted store bought but well hydrated). The atmosphere was very nice, and the music was very calming. Prices were good, cheaper than the place I normally visit for bubble tea. (6.70$ with tax and no tip). Service was also quick, though one customer who came after me went unnoticed for a minute or so and left. All in all, great cafe! Will be coming back :)“

“The catering for our wedding this last weekend was absolutely exceptional! So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, which says everything. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations.

Jeff was also amazing to work with and an excellent communicator all the way up until our wedding day. He was always responsive, helpful, and made us feel confident that everything was taken care of.

The service staff were incredible—so kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. They went above and beyond in so many little ways, including literally holding my plate for me so I wouldn’t accidentally get anything on my wedding dress! It was such a thoughtful gesture and something I’ll never forget.

We couldn’t have been happier with the food, service, and overall experience. The entire catering team truly went above and beyond and helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect. We would highly recommend them!“

“This is a very cute cafe! There are many options and something for everyone. I liked the cozy feel and the hospitality was great. I got the early bird sandwich which is fine but a bit over priced in my opinion. 13 dollars for a sandwich with egg and bacon is a bit much but still tasty. It wasn’t shockingly amazing but decent. The iced chai was good tasted fine but I didn’t enjoy the lavender London fog. It tasted like water with a hint of lavender, same goes for the lavender latte. The iced caramel macchiato on the other hand was great, sweet but yummy! Worth the visit and a good place for sweets, visit if in the area.“

The in store coffee house is a 4.7 star espresso bar operated by a micro roaster whose plantation is in Africa. Consistently great roasting try a pastry with espresso, sit down for a meeting or relax. But a bag of light or medium roast beans. Worth it.“

“Minus one star because the sleepy lullaby baby music that’s always playing ruins the vibe. How about playing something more upbeat? Even some upbeat jazz would be a good instrumental alternative. People come to coffee shops to wake up, not fall asleep! I bet the people who work here would also appreciate something different for their ears!“

They are truly gems. They are always kind, welcoming and attentive and I can see they do their job with so much care and love.

One suggestion I’d offer is to reconsider the to-go cups. They feel quite basic, and upgrading them whether in design, material, or overall presentation could better reflect the quality of your coffee and elevate the takeaway experience, especially given the pricing.“

I think the drinks are better than the food but everything was still really yummy. The almond croissant had a bit of an artificial almond flavour which some people may not like.“

We also had coffee and hot chocolate which were quite good.
Definitely check this place out for brunch!
One suggestion: make the bread thinner.. the bread is flavourful, but making the bread thinner or increasing the filling will make it better..“

“I have been to all of the local Starbucks in South Surrey, and this location is extremely consistent in producing a quality long pour Americano. I am not certain as to why this is not always consistent across the board at some of the other locations... Some say it is the machine or the Barista, etc. Even when this location updated their machines, they still produce an amazing long pour Americano - thank you, thank you! Julie, Maria, and Kevin are super!“

“I love this cafe but I wish you would train the baristas properly. About 50% of the time it's the best espresso I've had in my life, and 50% of the time it's bitter and has no body. I watch the baristas and realized that it's a problem with tamping. Some of them tamp properly, while others give it a single, light tamp (resulting in a watery, slightly bitter espresso.) If you just fix this issue it will always be the greatest espresso.“
