My daughter loved the rainbow sprinkles on her cookie. We love cafes, but it can be hard to linger and enjoy with a baby and a toddler, so it was a wonderful surprise to find a kid-sized toy table that kept our little ones fascinated for a full hour, while we got to soak in the atmosphere of this beautiful cafe. Remaking the drink is the least a business can do if the product is not up to customers' expectations. It's the business responsibility to make sure that its products are well designed and made right most of the times; not customers'.I get that people can make mistakes (we all do). But trying to convince a customer that you are doing an upgrade on a bad product even if it's "for free" is misleading. If you want me to pay "the upgrade" I will. Do you want me to not screw your score? Fine, I did so already - your croissants are the best in town by far and deserve to be complimented. “I wanted to try this restaurant/cafe for a while when I first saw their menu. When I got there, the place was pretty vacant and quiet, which made my visitation comfortably relaxed. I liked that there was a TV that showcased all the meals they make. I had their Grounding Brunch Bowl with Avocado as my 'meat' choice, and it was fantastic. The egg is soft poached, the garlic aioli is very flavourful and went great with all the contents in the bowl. The Dark Roast Coffee was nothing special though and it was served with raw brown sugar. Enjoyed their very tasty and large scone which they kindly heated up for me. Recommend this place to have a visit with friends, work, read or just relax.
