This Waves is amazing, they are always so kind & speedy. Unfortunately this afternoon I walked into grab a coffee and witnessed a few very rude customers belittling staff and questioning why they do the things they do. Both staff members handled this issue with grace, and apologetic explaining somethings are out of their hands. Nice little coffee shop located on Harris road in Pitt Meadows.Service here has always been great and the coffee isn’t bad.I stop by here early mornings usually and it isn’t usually busy. There is parking available on the street and a clean comfortable seating area in the shop.

Me and the 6 year old usually go once a week here for the after school treat, and it's always been a treat. Most of the staff members really go out of their way to help and accommodate our orders (dairy allergy. Pro tip get the almond milk), and the vibe is just relaxing.It helps to be beside the library, so it's a great place to read a book with a drink, or talk about Pokemon and Minecraft with the kid.
