“I loved the donair. We got the lamb and it was yummy. Definitely one of the better ones I’ve had. The guy who runs the place is friendly, and I was told he has been around for a couple of decades. There is no sitting - you are served through a window. The menu on a screen and his entire operations can be seen clearly through the window. I am definitely coming back!“

“We ordered the Christmas dinner for 7 of us and picked up on Christmas Day. It was our first time not cooking dinner ourselves and Everything tasted awesome. We all had to wait in line to pickup our orders which we expected however some people got upset at the wait. They did an awesome job and anyone who was frustrated should have made dinner themselves. “I was in New West for a meeting, so after I was hungry. I had a choice, it was either McDonald's or across the street Jim's Cafe. I decided to give Jim's a try,and I'm sure glad I did. The atmosphere was great, service was wonderful and the food was just great!! To bad I live in North Vancouver, otherwise I would be at Jim's almost everyday. But I'll be there, for sure, next time I'm in New Westminster!! See you then!!!“

“Best scone I’ve had ever. Americano with honey was fresh hot and delicious. Worker skipped the tip option which is unheard of but I asked her to add a tip. Menu includes salads as well. Wonderful friendly“

“By far my favorite place to get a coffee. Moodswing has wonderful fun artsy decor that I haven't seen anywhere else. They have a community bulletin which is great to look at and see what's going on. It's a unique place with a lot of personality that is a great place to go to get a goof coffee with a friend“

“Whenever I work in the area, I always make sure to stop by this spot! I absolutely love the atmosphere, it has a chill, earthy type of vibe. The staff, I believe she's the owner is so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this spot over any other cafes in New West. The pricing is fair and they have gluten free options“

“So my opinion of this place. Everything here is amazing! It is so tasty and yummy. I love everything that this place have to offer,
However, I am very shocked that you don't provide bags for customers unless it's a massive shopping bag because I am visually impaired and I walk everywhere. So I do buy a lot of pastries and sweets there and I cannot carry three to six boxes in my hands and walk up the hill back home.
I don't understand why you don't offer smaller bags for customers. When they are walking and not driving. And the other thing is I'm surprised is I purchased a chicken pesto sandwich yesterday and I was completely surprised how expensive it was. It was almost $13 for small square sandwich. I mean it is good but it is very very pricey.
I have spent so much money at this place and I don't mind it that much if they can offer a little bit of a service. Like I said smaller bags so I can carry all my things. I had to walk up the hill yesterday with two bags and four boxes because they don't provide bags. Please invest in some smaller bags for your customer and maybe not charge $13 for a square small piece of sandwich. Thank you“

“This Blenz location is in the shopping centre and conveniently located near the entrance. There are a wide variety of drinks, pastries, and meal items such as sandwiches to choose from. The brewed drip coffee is pretty good and there's generally little to no line for takeout orders. There's some seating for dining inside, however these tables tend to fill up pretty quickly throughout the day. This location is family-owned and operated and the staff are very friendly. Worth stopping by for a drink and / or bite if you're nearby.

“I am studying near this coffee shop. Its one of my favourite place. I always take hot chocolate from here, never get disappointed from their service. Best interior design and relaxing place. Shot out to the tall guy who always served me coffee in morning with big smile on his face. Need more people like him. Keep doing the great work.“

“I visit the library next door frequently, and every time, I stop by Waves Coffee for a drink. The staff here are incredibly friendly, always greeting customers with a warm smile as they take orders. The drinks are consistently excellent. I usually have a brewed coffee without sugar or cream, but when I need a little extra energy, I go for something like a caramel macchiato. No matter what you choose, the drinks here are top-notch.

I don’t just come here when visiting the library—I often drop by whenever I’m in the area. The staff keep the place spotless, regularly cleaning the tables and floors. The restrooms are always clean as well, and I’ve noticed that the staff frequently check to ensure they remain that way.

The only downside is the parking situation. There’s no convenient place to park nearby, which can be a bit frustrating.

“I always come here and get the Waves size matcha frappe sweetened, made with ice cream and whipped cream on top. They make it perfect every single time and I’ve never had a complaint. Such friendly staff and so understanding because I sometimes forget to tell them to put the whipped cream but they still do it when I realize which I really appreciate.“
