“Best Ling Cod and Chips i have had in a long time. Very crisp tempura like batter, not greasy. Large thick portions of very fresh Ling Cod that melted in your mouth. Fries were also very good. The only thing that would make this place better is being on the waters edge, not a parking lot. But it certainly won't stop me from going back. Two thumbs up!“

Did notice a lot or bike riders stopping by so that may be the real niche.
Service seems to be typical these days - hurry up and wait, there definitely was a spurt of people waiting on this warm and sunny Sunday afternoon. Our bill was $37 plus tip for one flight of beer, one soda and one chicken sandwich.“

“This is my second time coming to sweet talk, the previous time I had a mini egg donut, this time I had their egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I must say they were both amazing, and the prices are very affordable! All of their products are homemade. The atmosphere was very bright, cozy and inviting. The bathrooms were very clean and nice smelling( including the hand soap). when I walked in, I was greeted by Kate who not only told me about all the products but we ended up having a full on conversation! It was very pleasant talking with her, Kate brang my food to me plus asked if I wanted anything else. This is the true meaning of customer service; these days it’s hard to find! My favourite Detroit pizza spot in Vancouver closed down a few years ago and it’s been a struggle finding something equally good that’s not ridiculously expensive. This place accomplishes that, and it’s much closer to home.

Despite being super busy, I was greeted by a very friendly person when I called to place my order. They called me as soon as the pizza was ready and left it on the oven to keep it warm until I arrived, because I was running a few minutes late. The vibes were super nostalgic, which makes me want to return for the dine-in experience.

The only difficulty with ordering from here is finding a place to park, if you’re driving.“

“Absolutely fantastic catering experience! The food was delivered on time and was fresh, hot, and perfectly packed. Every single item exceeded our expectations. The Thalapakatti chicken biriyani and Thalapakatti mutton biriyani were outstanding — rich flavor, perfectly cooked rice, and authentic taste that reminded us of a true South Indian feast. The mutton was especially tender and well-marinated. The starters were just as impressive. Gobi Manchurian, Chicken Lollipop 65 were flavourful, and the Paneer Pepper Fry was a big hit even with non-vegetarians. Highly recommend!“

“My partner and I arranged to have high tea today and the experience was just PERFECT 👌. They had a table setup for us in the corner where there was lots of natural light from outside and the table just looked so cutely prepared for us. The staff were very friendly and quick to assist us. We chose the Strawberry Sundae tea which was infused with so many flavours making it very delightful to sip on. And when the bakery items were brought over there was a good assortment of yummy foods. The top of the tier was all of the desserts and the bottom was all of the pastries. Both of us did get a bit of a sugar rush, to be expected of a bakery haha. We both highly recommend Cassandra Cake Co. for high tea as well as any custom bakery requests.“

“During my lunch breaks I usually swing by Body Energy Club Coquitlam. Today I had a great experience with a young man who helped me pick out creatine pills and vitamins. He stood out because he genuinely helped me, he was very knowledgeable about supplements and how it would benefit my health! The environment was very friendly and welcoming. Others at the table enjoyed the pizzas, the chicken Caesar salad and the croissant with honey and blueberries. They were very understanding about our toddler needing to toddle, too!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We went on a Sunday night and expected a wait, it was about 45 minutes but absolutely worth it. We ordered the Chef’s BBQ Combo D, and it was more than enough for all of us to leave completely full. They continuously refilled our sides and sauces, so we were never without anything. Everything felt clean, organized, and really well run.

My personal favourites were the marinated beef short rib, the fresh salad, bean paste soup, scallion salad, and the cheesy corn — all so flavourful and perfectly done.
