“Really good night spent @ Steel & Oak Brewing. Nice chilled atmosphere. Staff were very nice & friendly. Only here in Van. for short period but I think we'll probably squeeze in another visit before we leave.
Prices aren't daft.

We had the chance to taste a wonderful selection of white wines, red wines, and, most importantly, their delicious icewine. A special thanks to Shirley, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so generous with the tastings. She made the tour both informative and enjoyable.

If you’ve never tried Canadian icewine before, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I highly recommend booking a tour to learn more about the winery and experience their excellent wines!“

“Great spot to enjoy both Korean and Japanese food in one place! The absolute highlight was the Tuna Kimbap unlike typical tuna kimbap made with canned tuna, this one uses fresh raw tuna with crab meat and sesame oil. It was super unique and delicious! The Lunch Sashimi Bento was very neat and fresh as well. Staff were super friendly too. Highly recommended!“

“My partner and I arranged to have high tea today and the experience was just PERFECT 👌. They had a table setup for us in the corner where there was lots of natural light from outside and the table just looked so cutely prepared for us. The staff were very friendly and quick to assist us. We chose the Strawberry Sundae tea which was infused with so many flavours making it very delightful to sip on. And when the bakery items were brought over there was a good assortment of yummy foods. The top of the tier was all of the desserts and the bottom was all of the pastries. Both of us did get a bit of a sugar rush, to be expected of a bakery haha. We both highly recommend Cassandra Cake Co. for high tea as well as any custom bakery requests.“

“Great vibes all around at this brewery — we came for the beers and drinks, which were seriously good and packed a nice strong kick, and ended up staying for food almost by accident. We split the Banh mi pizza and it completely blew us away. I’m not even usually a deep dish person, but this might be one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, hands down. Do yourself a favor and come hungry, because you’ll want the room to properly dig into this thing. Between the drinks and that pizza, this place is a must-try.”“

“This is the best patio I've been to! It's all shaded and there's lots of space and both dining and lounge seating available. There's a nice breeze, and the trees around the area keep it cool. The road isn't too busy either and it keeps the place quiet

I biked here from Vancouver and it was a really nice treat! I didn't even plan on stopping here! I'm glad I did!

The Massey Tunnel Bike Shuttle is nearby. I made a mistake on the schedule, but they were nice enough to rush my sandwich order. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The one thing I didn't like was that it was dog friendly. I do appreciate that it's really spacious, and even though there were dogs nearby, it wasn't a problem. The owners were very respectful and the dogs stayed on leash and couldn't get too close. I've been other places where it's really packed tight and you couldn't avoid having dogs right next to you sniffing everything and everybody. All in all, this is a good place for everyone, no matter how many legs they have!“

The Thalapakatti chicken biriyani and Thalapakatti mutton biriyani were outstanding — rich flavor, perfectly cooked rice, and authentic taste that reminded us of a true South Indian feast. The mutton was especially tender and well-marinated. The starters were just as impressive. Gobi Manchurian, Chicken Lollipop 65 were flavourful, and the Paneer Pepper Fry was a big hit even with non-vegetarians. Highly recommend!“

“This is my second time coming to sweet talk, the previous time I had a mini egg donut, this time I had their egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I must say they were both amazing, and the prices are very affordable! All of their products are homemade. The atmosphere was very bright, cozy and inviting. The bathrooms were very clean and nice smelling( including the hand soap). when I walked in, I was greeted by Kate who not only told me about all the products but we ended up having a full on conversation! It was very pleasant talking with her, Kate brang my food to me plus asked if I wanted anything else. This is the true meaning of customer service; these days it’s hard to find! “Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. This beer is outstanding! it doesn't have that hoppy bite and has a refreshing citrus finish. Put simply? it's delicious. Looking forward to more amazing beers coming!!“

We had the sausage pizza, chocolate pretzel bread pudding, and truffle cream spaghetti and meat balls.

The pasta was super flavorful with lots of sauce and meat ball (recommend getting the bread with it for dipping). The bread pudding is top 3 for bread bread pudding I've ever had. All was well priced for what you get.

Our waitress Rosa V, was very attentive and thoughtful and made the experience feel almost personalized just for us.

I mostly order online, and my smoothie is ALWAYS perfect. It travels so well and arrives thick, fresh, and delicious every single time. I’ve also visited in person, and the team is always super kind, welcoming, and helpful when explaining different products and add-ins.

My go-to order is the Berry Delicious with added avocado, strawberries, powdered peanut butter, and Udo’s Oil = perfection!!! My partner loves the Maca Rush with whey protein.

Our beef ribs bbq was excellent-typically, a little pricy, but SO good! The nicely done seafood pancake was quite large, and just filled with ingredients! Their 4 entrees were just great-a sweet dressing salad, nice homemade kimchi, pickled peppers, sweet daikon-and rice! Their soups-bean paste, and pork bone broths were SO flavourful‼ After trying just these menu items, we definitely WILL be back✅✅ It is clean, and fairly priced.
