“Went early this morning to Doughnut Love. even though I live in Langley it was definitely worth the drive. Picked up 6 delicious 😋 doughnuts. Our favorites apple crumble and tiramisu. So light and airy and filled with handmade love in every bite. We will definitely come back soon.“

“This Brown’s on Glen has incredible service, Incredibly compassionate staff, and their food, especially the blackened chicken cowboy salad is like it used to be and back to phenomenal….yum… the chicken was so so tasty and tender …yummy! We were there the last week in May and while the service was slow it was still great!! The manager came by and apologized and also insisted he pay for a couple of drinks for us. Even though we insisted on paying as we simply appreciated him apologizing for the slow service. We had a great discussion about how hard it is to staff restaurants. I can’t recommend this Brown’s enough. Great place to go with two people, a small group or a large group.“

“Ordered through the app, classic BOGO. Got the Hawaiian and it was good. Full of pineapple, just the way I like it. The tomato sauce was a too heavy handed though. Got the 2-topping pizza: chicken and red peppers. Notified them to make sure there is enough chicken. Not asking for much, just needed good amount and not scarcely spread like some other places. The two ladies who were making the pizza acknowledged my request and they did not undercut me! Thank you. Visited washroom and noticed washroom is clean. Only thing to work on is, please have the pizza dough made a bit thicker. It's tooooo thin, almost like flat bread. And please cut the pizza through. Is the cutter not sharp enough? Not sure. But overall, still decent job. Oh, also got the slices of cheese pizza on the side and my picky kids loved the slices. Better on white sauce than on tomato sauce.“

“Lovely brewery tucked away in New West with great community energy. They have a great selection of pours and some simple food offerings. Love that they have outdoor seating where you can soak up the sun with your dogs. The staff also thoughtfully served some water to our pups“

My favourite Detroit pizza spot in Vancouver closed down a few years ago and it’s been a struggle finding something equally good that’s not ridiculously expensive. This place accomplishes that, and it’s much closer to home.

Despite being super busy, I was greeted by a very friendly person when I called to place my order. They called me as soon as the pizza was ready and left it on the oven to keep it warm until I arrived, because I was running a few minutes late. The vibes were super nostalgic, which makes me want to return for the dine-in experience.

The only difficulty with ordering from here is finding a place to park, if you’re driving.“

“My partner and I arranged to have high tea today and the experience was just PERFECT 👌. They had a table setup for us in the corner where there was lots of natural light from outside and the table just looked so cutely prepared for us. The staff were very friendly and quick to assist us. We chose the Strawberry Sundae tea which was infused with so many flavours making it very delightful to sip on. And when the bakery items were brought over there was a good assortment of yummy foods. The top of the tier was all of the desserts and the bottom was all of the pastries. Both of us did get a bit of a sugar rush, to be expected of a bakery haha. We both highly recommend Cassandra Cake Co. for high tea as well as any custom bakery requests.“

“We only discovered this brewery yesterday through a friend. We got to sample a testing and fell in love with all the selections. We checked out the actual Brewery today. “This is my second time coming to sweet talk, the previous time I had a mini egg donut, this time I had their egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I must say they were both amazing, and the prices are very affordable! All of their products are homemade. The atmosphere was very bright, cozy and inviting. The bathrooms were very clean and nice smelling( including the hand soap). when I walked in, I was greeted by Kate who not only told me about all the products but we ended up having a full on conversation! It was very pleasant talking with her, Kate brang my food to me plus asked if I wanted anything else. This is the true meaning of customer service; these days it’s hard to find! Plenty of parking, clean space, and a choice between indoor seating or a nice outdoor patio. The beer selection was solid, with options ranging from light lagers to IPAs. We ordered the popcorn, chicken wings, and poutine everything was tasty, especially the wings but I do wish there were a few more food options on the menu. Staff was friendly and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but I’d definitely drop in again if I’m in the area.“

“I had the Pav Bhaji the other Day.. on the Plate .. They Serve Bhaji on the small section of the Plate and Paav on the bigger one.. They don't even put Lemon Slice to squeeze in Bhaji.. The Bhaji is just Ok.. Since they must've used the Pav Bhaji Masala .. If you Don't know how to serve Bombay Style Paav Bhaji.. Just see some YouTube Videos and Google Images on Plating style.. When I spoke with Manager or Owner (The Bearded gentleman in Regular Clothes and not in Restaurant Uniform)... He just diplomatically explained that they have changed the "PLATES" recently.. Really !! Kids can come with better excuse.. I'd Rather go to other places at least for Pav Bhaji.. Today I went for Sev Puri and yea that was decent .. but not Praiseworthy ..“

OMG, I finally hit Gold Status and ran to this Safeway location to grab the special menu! 🏃💨 I was lowkey nervous because my English isn't perfect and I couldn't mobile order, but the three baristas here are literal ANGELS. 😇💖
They were so patient and sweet while helping me out! 🥺 One of them even gave me a choice between a straw and a stirrer—I love the attention to detail! 🥤✨
The drink looks absolutely stunning (so aesthetic! 📸) and the taste is literally heavenly. 🤤🔥 5 stars isn’t enough, I’d give them 100 if I could! Tysm to the iconic baristas for making my day. You guys are the best! 🫶✨🌈✨“

“Top tier semi hidden bar! It's a bit of a time capsule to an older-Van style, unpretentious sports-bar roadhouse type place. The location is unusual, sort of at the basement of an apartment complex on a road you've never been to before, situated on an urban residential cul-de-sac, giving the bar a sheen of surreality.

With many pool tables, lots of tables, two big screens for 2 different games to watch, and good prices for beer, I'd be here all the time if it was local to me.

Special mention for the food: had the chef's special lasanga last night and it was so good ordered a second dinner to try!

“My husband and I tried to have dinner at trails end tonight. We have had several great experiences at the other location and thought this would be a great choice. We were absolutely wrong. We ordered two drinks and tried to order an appetizer but it was off the menu. 20 minutes later the drinks arrived just as a staff member dropped a glass and our server went to clean up the glass. After an hour my husband finally went into the restaurant to pay our bill as it was perfectly obvious we were never going to have anyone take our food order. I tried to speak to a staff member and she could not have cared less and rolled her eyes to another staff member. It seems as though having a customer be ignored and dismissed is just a trivial event for them. We certainly won't bother this place with our business again. There are certainly lots of great places in Fort Langley that are respectful to their customers.“
