seriously, The BEST coffee shop in East Vancouver, hands down! Javier and Rebecca are Welcoming, friendly, ready for a laugh and all around an absolute Joy to interact with. We stopped by Laughing Bean Coffee Co. a few days ago while wandering around Vancouver and ended up staying almost two hours just chatting over coffee. My husband had the almond croissant and said it was flakier than the one we had in Paris years ago, which is saying something. The girl behind the counter gave us a couple of local tips for the seawall walk after noticing our maps app open, which was such a nice touch.
