I don’t know about all the other reviews, but we only went here for CLASSIC milk tea with nothing else added. The wait was fine and the server was normal (not overly rude at least to my standards). We didn’t change anything and got a near perfect classic milk tea. I don’t know about the fruits and other fancy drink mixes, but I only ever hear this place being for milk tea so I only ordered milk tea.
