The staff are incredibly kind and attentive; they’ve even brought our drinks all the way to our table when we’re sitting far from the food court. My family has tried nearly every drink on the menu, and we’re never disappointed. I always struggle to choose because everything looks so tempting!

My wife’s all-time favorite is the Icy Durian – it’s rich, creamy, and full of real durian flavor. Today I went for the Matcha Icy, and it was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and just the right amount of sweet. Highly recommend Mango Charming to anyone craving a delightful dessert experience!“

The highlight of my visit was the Earl Grey crepe cake and the mango pancake both were exceptionally delicious, fresh, and well-balanced in flavor. The quality and presentation truly stood out.

Additionally, Phoebe provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and very helpful in guiding us through the menu and recommending items.

The atmosphere is super nice with interactive vintage decorations(vary by festivals like halloween, etc.): lots of good angles for pictures! “Fluffle Cafe officially opened end of August last year, and yes, the hype is real. Come for the bingsoo, especially the Mango Bingsoo, basically every table had one! The mangoes themselves are sweet and juicy, though fair warning: they drizzle an extra sweet mango syrup on top. As for the drinks, let’s just say stick to the desserts. The Strawberry Latte is basically milk with strawberry jam, and the Red Bean Latte has the flavour, but all the ground red beans settle at the bottom, so you might need a serious stir. Go big on the bingsoo, go light on the drinks, and enjoy the cozy vibes!“

“Went today around 2:30 PM and it wasn’t crowded at all. The food was very tasty, and I loved the atmosphere. The place was clean and very pleasant. The girl who served us, Isha, was very professional and friendly. She was attentive, made us feel welcome, and checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again.“

All were great but if I had to pick one, it would be the tiramisu. Very good earl grey tea served in stoneware. Also, the warm water is a nice touch to go with cold desert on a chilly November day.“

“I think the place has its own vibe. I know that this place is very busy after dark, so, my daughter and I went at 4-ish and it wasn't bad. I never thought glutinous rice, coconut jelly (noodles), mango and mango cream can taste good. The iced lemon tea is so refreshing. Will come back and give the other flavours a try.“
