Sweet tooth action.
We stopped by Thierry on Main Street after lunch and had a lovely time. The pastries were beautifully presented—and presentation is everything to me! The layered chocolate cakes were delicious, and I also enjoyed a matcha latte with lovely latte art. It was a wonderful place to sit, enjoy a treat and catch up with friends. Thank you to Mary for the recommendation. I’d happily come back!
Their desserts are always exceptional. Love their chocolate mousse - creamy and thick, with caramel and hazelnut base, and the lemon tart was divine - love the crust.

Thierry Mount Pleasant offers delectable croissants, tiramisu, and mochas, with a sleek interior and good seating options. The bakery is highly praised, comparable to the best in the world, yet lacks gluten-free options. Although slightly pricey, the pastries are delicious and well-balanced in flavor, especially the flakey pain au chocolat. The café's to-go and bulk orders are well-packed and beautifully presented, with staff that are helpful, professional, friendly, and accommodating. The location is more spacious than the downtown one, though finding a table can sometimes be difficult. Visitors have enjoyed their Hot Chocolate festival, and the selection of cakes, macarons, and lovely chocolates remains amazing. The space itself is very nice for a coffee break, to meet up with friends, or for a relaxed conversation and a treat, especially on sunny days.
