The bakery is one of the best I have visited in vancouver bc. On par with the best in the world.Dietary restrictions: Pity there are no gluten free options.
I decided to go to Thierry to get a couple of items to go. Their pastries are delicious but can be a little pricey. They're quite cute, and the flavors are usually well-balanced. The pain au chocolat was so flakey and buttery. I've had their drinking chocolate in the past and it's very rich and decadent. The display case was pretty empty when I went. Interior is pretty sleek, and there's a good amount of seating available. There's not a lot of other options in the area so they sort of win by default. To go orders are pretty well-packed.-1 star because the employees were too busy chatting with each other to help me. I expected better for a café with their prices. They also ask for a tip, but you go up to the counter to place and pick up your own order for dine-in.

The macarons are to die for. Customer service could step up a bit. And it's generally difficult to get a seat. Might be a good idea to have some time limits on the tables?

Pricey! Tried the opera cake 7/10. I liked that it wasnt too sweet and the sugar bottom was nice texture. However it was abit too brittle overall and I was left craving the moisture of a mousse.Service was super friendly! The interior is beautiful, chic, and upscale. However the seats right by the door can get chilly in the winter.

Always a pleasure to stop by Thierry! Their cakes are just perfect, including the marquise and their seasonal options. Coffee and pastries are also super reliable. I always go there for birthday cakes or small gifts.

a truly phenomenal culinary experience. was gifted a trio of desserts and they were all truly decadent and so so tasty.
I saw a mouse running around the store; told someone working there and she said she told her manager, but no one else came to check. Been going to Thierry for years so it’s disappointing to find out how they handle food safe issues.

Mount Pleasant's newest chocolatier and patissier shop. I have enjoyed celebratory cakes from this location that were memorable. This location does participate in Vancouver's hot chocolate festival yearly as well. Recommended.Parking: Parking is difficult to find during busy times

They have a big selection of cakes, desserts, drinks. I tried their opera, which was amazing! But then I saw a mouse run out of their storage room during my visit. Not too sure about their cleanliness
