Order online for BOGOBURGER, didn't realize that busy. I regreted to buy this day when I see that busy.
However, staffs are nonstop working, said customers' name loudly and make sure give to right customer. Specially the lady with black shirt, she can remember customers' name when go though order! They have amazing energy!

Five Guys is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its delicious burgers and friendly service. Customers often praise the staff for being nice, welcoming, and attentive, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is clean and bright, with some mentioning that the restroom is the cleanest they've seen in any fast-food place, reflecting pride in cleanliness. The menu offers a variety of burgers, including the Little Hamburger and Cheeseburger, which are fresh, juicy, and well-cooked, with many toppings to choose from. Portions are generally satisfying, and the experience is enhanced by adding milkshakes that complement the burgers perfectly.
While the fries initially received mixed reviews, they have improved significantly and are now crispy and tasty. Customers also enjoy the open boxes of roasted peanuts available for munching, adding a nice touch to the visit. Many appreciate the generosity of the staff; in one instance, employees gave free fries after a customer asked for something free, which left a lasting positive impression. Overall, Five Guys offers great food, excellent service, and a welcoming environment, making it a preferred choice for many looking for a satisfying burger experience.
