Premium price for an average burger. Bland dry tasting beef and bun is cheap over processed bread. They still use processed cheese. Quality at this chain restaurant has gone severely downhill since I last tried their burgers at Robson location about 8 years ago.

Honestly my favourite five guys in all of metro Vancouver!!! The food is always super tasty but it’s the staff that are incredibly kind, I’ve never had bad service, even when things are busy and staff are clearly doing a lot of work they still serve with a smile! The staff make it feel like you’re being looked after by friends! my boyfriend and I are locals and probably eat here more often then we should, but it’s because it’s always such a good experience and a guarantee of good food.Also best fries on the PLANET
Burger was delicious and reasonably price from the portion. Only complaint is that the burger was soggy

After waiting 26 minutes I got a cold burger with the wrong toppings. This place used to be good but the staff have dragged it downhill. You can train dummies but you can't fix stupid. It's sad because I used to really like this place.

A minor mistake was made on my order, i mentioned it to the staff, not only did the remedy my order but gave me a drink to try to accommodate the mistake. Great staff, burger was great. Should have got the employees name to mention here.
All of the bacon in my milkshake was burnt. Tasted rancid. Couldn't figure out why until I poured it out. I wish they could provide some compensation or coupon code for this evidently bad mistake at the hands of Richmond Five Guys

5 guys is always a one of a kind experience in the fast food burger industry. Everything is made fresh & exactly how you want it made. By picking your own toppings. The selection is nothing short of Everything. Poutine is crazy good with an insane cheese pull on every fork full they don't cheap out on the cheese. Best burger joint by far. Oh & killer milkshakes aswell
