A&W Canada is known for its good service and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the polite and consistent service they receive. The food is also enjoyed by many, with one customer noting their order was made perfectly. The establishment is described as an excellent one, with fresh and warm food. The staff is extremely nice and creates a great atmosphere, providing an amazing experience.
The restaurant, although located in a food court, is kept surprisingly clean, and the food is fresh-tasting and comes out fast. Customers appreciate the staff's efforts, such as informing them about the wait time for a specific item, and the quality of the food is great for the price. The chicken is much better than the one from the nearby fast-food restaurant.
Despite a minor issue where a customer's name was misspelled on their order, the overall experience at the restaurant is positive, with the staff's pleasant demeanor contributing to the customers' satisfaction.
