About McDonald's

Based on the reviews, this McDonald's location offers a mix of quick, warm-hearted service and frustrating issues. The food often arrives hot and fresh, with specific items like large French fries, chicken nuggies, and a McCoffee receiving high praise. The coffee was described as amazing, tasting like caffeine and being hot. Some staff members are highlighted for being wonderful, polite, kind, and providing beautiful service. The restaurant is open 24 hours, making it quick and easy. It is nicely renovated with a nice little indoor playroom and playground for kids up to ten years old. However, there are ongoing cleanliness problems. One reviewer found the toilet disgusting with poop splattered in the water. The overall cleanliness is not very clean, and this has been an on-going issue. Customers should double check their order because items have been missing on multiple occasions, though the staff are good at making things right. The manager did not help when kids were bullying other kids in the playground, but the janitor did help out the situation. A fish filet was noted as falling out of the bun. Despite these problems, many consider it one of the best McDonald's throughout B.C., with immaculate service and a magical experience from the food.
