The staff was very welcoming, especially considering how early it was in the early morning. We wanted to leave a tip, but unfortunately, they don’t accept tips. Great service overall!
Had a semi-complicated order and the manager, Palak, helped me out. She was cool, calm, problem solved on the spot and gave me exactly what I wanted! Amazing customer service.
Muskan was so polite and respectful she took our order and guided us through the menu which we ended up enjoying the most and also it’s my birthday and she made it more special with the kind gesture by giving us some dips ❤❤

Church's Texas Chicken is a popular spot for late-night meals, known for its flavorful and high-quality food. The staff is friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure fresh food, like their delicious fries. Customers have praised the service, especially noting positive experiences with staff members such as Jashan, who provides polite and good service. The fried chicken is the star of the show, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, whether it's classic bone-in pieces or tenders. The sides, including warm honey-butter biscuits, crispy fries, and fresh coleslaw, are also well-loved and complement the savory chicken perfectly.
While there are occasional minor issues, like flies in the store, the clean environment and tasty food make it worth the visit. Portion sizes are generous, and the pricing is fair, making it a great option for families or anyone craving a hearty meal. Sometimes, service can be slow during busy hours due to limited staff, and waiting times may be longer. However, the quick and efficient service when available, along with the welcoming treatment, ensures that Church's Texas Chicken remains a reliable choice for comfort food cravings. Customers appreciate the good service and friendly atmosphere, especially when ordering takeout or Mexican sandwich options.
