I love this place. I had to stop eating fried chicken because the greasiness made me sick. My husband convinced me to try Church's and I can eat fried chicken again. The staff are friendly, patient and helpful.

March 13, 2024Just today I order 12 pcs chicken all thigh, 8 pcs Regular and 4 pcs spicy. when I open my order it's missing 4 spicy , It's not the first time it's happen. Very very bad service ....
Poor customer services. The manager was so rude. I asked to customise the order but she gave me a cold atittude. I went there on wednesday night. I am a regular customer here but from now on I will never go to this location.

So I went there today, and I am a regular customer there, cause I live nearby. I usually order Mexicana sandwich combo, but get apple pie instead of drink, this girl name- PALAK( don’t know if she was manager but was acting like owner of the store) gave me such bad attitude and was rude to me, I usually get the same order from same location and I even told her that I get the same order from this location every week few times, even told her that i get this in her shift too and but she denied and argued with me for 5 minutes and then I said i don’t want it, but she kept on giving me attitude. This just doesn’t finish here, the staff person gave me cold food just to show grudges they were holding since I requested for apple pie. I have never seen such a poor customer service and rude, unprofessional and unpleasant manager like PALAK.
