Went for lunch with my sister and sister in law from Calgary yesterday and what a pleasant surprise - we were unsure of what dosa was and the server she was helpful and we ordered an appetizer to share - medu vedda (similar to a cake donut for us but savory) and we had masala dosa, garlic onion dosa and spring dosa ...tasty crispy light crepe filled with potato and spices with dipping 2 sauces (tomato base and a coconut yogurt )and a lentil like soup.....we enjoyed the experience...read full review
Best thing about Nila is price , it's very affordable with good portions and amazing combos. Good service too.The place has enough parking at rear.Vegetarian options: All Vegetarian restaurant.Parking: Parking is at the backside of restaurant.

Tried Nila dosa place for the 1st time. Ordered Dosa combo, plain dosa, spring dosa, filter coffee, kesari and bread pakoda. Combo came with 1 idli and 1 vada. Idli was super soft & fresh - amazing idli.Everything was amazing EXCEPT bread pakoda. I could tell from 1st bite that it was not fresh and was double fried. When I ate 1st bite I felt a drank a cup of oil. Will not order bread pakoda again but will definitely return for dosa and idli. Highly recommend this place. Its simple...read full review
