Stopped by Popeyes today and had a really good experience. They accidentally forgot my small fries, so I went back, and they apologized and gave me a large fries instead. Khushpreet Kaur was really kind and handled everything with a smile. I honestly appreciated how easy she made it to fix the mistake. The food was fresh, and the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back
I visited this location yesterday, and I had such a great experience thanks to the girl at the front counter. I don’t remember her name exactly, but I think it was something like Jahnvi.She took my order with a warm smile, was incredibly kind and polite, and gave me some great suggestions. I originally visited this location specifically for the honey garlic wings, but unfortunately, they had completely run out of the honey garlic sauce, which was disappointing since it was the main reason for my visit.
