“Ordered chicken through the app while visiting Kitsilano, planning to enjoy it while watching the sunset. I arrived 10 minutes before the estimated pickup time, but ended up waiting another 20 minutes, so it took about 30 minutes in total. Unfortunately, we missed the sunset because of the delay.
That said, the chicken was really tasty, and the sauce was delicious too. The food itself was definitely worth trying, and the server was working hard.“

“I placed an online order as usual and went to the store, only to find out they were closed due to a power outage. The staff called me shortly after and sincerely apologized, explaining that an error allowed the order to go through and that they had opened late because of electrical work.

I completely understood and had no hard feelings. The staff have always been friendly and kind whenever I’ve visited, so I really appreciated them taking the time to explain and apologize.“

“We tried Nando's our first night in vancouver after checking in to our hotel downtown. Absolutely incredible. Inessa was so welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I ordered the the thighs and two sides, and ordered the spicy level hot. The PERi mac and Brussels were soooo good!! The chicken was even better.

I LOVE spice, and I thought the flavor of the hot was incredible, but i asked Inessa if I could try the extra hot, because I wanted just a little more!!! She was really looking out for me by warning me that it was quite a bit spicier than hot - she was absolutely right, and I loved it!!! Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

A bottle of the extra hot PERi-PERi sauce was officially my first souvenir on our vacation.

“It was my first time at Popeyes, and Rashmi was very patient, friendly, and helpful. I took quite a long time to place my order, but she was very understanding. I loved the sandwich, tenders and fries they were fresh and delicious! I had such a great experience that I’m now a regular customer.“

“While walking along Robson Street during the holidays, I stopped for lunch at Chicko Chicken. I ordered the Chicko meal with boneless chicken, fries, and a drink. Everything is prepared fresh, so there is a short wait, but it’s worth it. The chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside, and the fries were hot and crisp. Jiyhe provided attentive, welcoming service.“

“Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The lady at the cashier is never friendly to my husband and me. During our last visit, I noticed she was very nice to the customer in front of us, but when it was our turn, she was rude again. I'm not sure if this is only toward non-Asian customers, but it has happened to us repeatedly.

That said, the food is excellent. We always order the fried chicken from here, and it has been amazing every single time. The quality and taste are consistently great, which is the only reason we've kept coming back.

We really wish the customer service matched the quality of the food. Otherwise, we won't be coming back.“

“AMAZING boneless chicken bites, very reminisce of Prinkles or Chicko style. That said, it appears that Fryday may have a cpl additional flavours on the menu. Generous amount for the $, and they give you an addt'l (large) side cup of your chosen flavor (use as dip). Our server today was SOOO friendly - hope that continues! Their yam fries are also really good! Not many places where two people can dine for under $30, and have it be decent food. Wish my elderly mother & I lived closer, but this newer Kerrisdale addition is well WORTH the drive (or walk) from Marpole (and beyond!). With access to a walking path, London Drugs, and several Coffee shops along W. 41st, Friday provides a great lunch or dinner out. SOLD!!“

(⌒▽⌒)☆ Prinkle Chicken is definitely in my top 3 best fried chicken spots in FSJ ヽ(•̀ω•́ )ゝ We tried Honey Soy (non-spicy), Korean Curry, Yangnyeom (Garlic), Prinkle Snow, Honey Mustard, and Cheese Snow—and wow, everything was super crispy and packed with flavor! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و As a big curry fan, the Korean Curry boneless wings were my absolute favourite. So good!! (♡´౪`♡) I’ll definitely be coming back again for future celebrations and cravings. “Visited after an appointment. Ordered 10 pieces chicken, a deluxe chicken sandwich and family size pasta. The chicken was fantastic, super crunchy and some were mild spicy. Deluxe chicken sandwich was crispy, lettuce and tomato were fresh. The family size pasta was only ok and kinda small. It definitely would not feed 3-5ppl.

Great customer service. 1 menu screen was broken so couldn’t see prices. She rung up each menu item to show me the price. The food came out fast and fresh.“

“Amazing Korean fried chicken.. The chicken was perfectly crispy, tender, and full of flavor. I like chicken Yangye Flavor and shake fries… Every bite was delicious. The staff were very welcoming. I’ll definitely be back with friends and family. If your walking, picking up or dine in there is FREE drinks or radish on every chicken box.“
