“One of the best restaurants in Vancouver!The servers were always friendly and smiling. They did an excellent job in balancing orders among all the tables. I never felt like my table was forgotten and I did not have to wait too long for my food to arrive.They have many delicious dishes, but I enjoyed the regular fried chicken the most! They were very crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside, not to mention they were perfectly seasoned. Given the large number and size of the chicken, I definitely got my money's worth!“
“Stopped here for a quick meal and I got the terimayo to go! SO GOOD!!!! I also asked for extra green onions and they were very nice to add a bit more! “Whenever I visit Vancouver from Montreal, Chicken world is one of our must go places. It's the best fried chicken in Canada I've tried. My favorite is the karizma burger. Please think about expanding to eastern Canada so we don't have to take such a long flight to get such a delicious meal!“

I’m in the neighborhood and I suggest this place to everyone who stops by. they make everything fresh so it takes a little bit of time, but they warn you ahead of time and recommend calling before! this means that all the food is perfectly cooked and delicious when you pick it up fresh. the fries are super good and the chicken is so juicy! every flavour i’ve had has slapped and I will continue to give rave reviews to friends!Kid-friendliness: Picky eater options“
“I'm delighted to share my experience at Chirpy Hut! The food was indeed nice, and the staff couldn't have been sweeter. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The prices were quite reasonable, which is always a plus. While the spring rolls were a tad oily, they were still enjoyable. However, the highlight was definitely the potato BBQ stick - it was spicy and utterly amazing! Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend.“

“Chicko Chicken is hands down the best spot in town for Korean fried chicken in the lower mainland. The Kingsway location has a nice vibe, and the chicken is just perfect — crispy outside, juicy inside, and the flavors (especially the buldak/haek buldak) are spot on. The owner and the waitress personally came to ask if all the food was okay. It was all halal. The place was super clean. There lots of drink options available. They do not have bottomless refill.It was quiet, so nice place to be, there are a few parking spots outside, and it was empty so we got a good spot. It is wheelchair accessible. It's a good place to come with older kids. The seating area is quite small, but good enough. There is one washroom there which is also wheelchair accessible.I would go there again and recommend this place if you like fried chicken.“

“I just figured out that this location and the Davie location has a noticeable difference on their menu. Davie probably has more of a dining experience, with more options on the menu, which sounds nicer since you can choose more dishes to share. Though, Kingsway location is decent, from what I feel.It is not spacious, the inside seating area is pretty small, as there are only 2 tables available, most people do takeouts or delivery. Therefore, atmosphere is not the greatest. But it kinda gives the Korean vibe, with background Korean music.Service is quick, waited around 15 mins to get our food served.Price is same same as other places, portion is great enough for the price. We find the side dishes a bit more pricey but the quality is good.Tried the Couple Combo, portion was great enough for 2 people, we could not finish the whole thing. Fried chicken was freshly made. It was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, the chicken was not dry at all, which gets the bonus points. Though, shack shack fries was pretty disappointing, it was too soggy for us, and the cheese did not add much flavor too it, we found the fries pretty bland. Coleslaw and pickled radish are a must, they refresh your taste.Good place, good experience. But compared to some other Korean chicken places, NeNe on Kingsway is decent, not too outstanding.“

“I am an all time fan of Nando’s chicken. There’s nothing which can beat Nando’s for peri peri chicken. Try the quarter chicken with one side which is more than enough for one serving. Spice level I always prefer hot. Also for a different flavor you can try the mango one.“
“Food is great. It idly weird that I liked the long lines at jolibee for the constant fresh chicken coming through. Spaghetti is not for everyone but I enjoyed it very much. Washing it all down with a pineapple quencher 100% reccomend. Place was popping the place was quite clean. Service was mediocre due to how busy it was which is understandable, as I wish there was more indoor seating. If your in the area and wanting fried chicken I would recommend this place.“
“Ordered hot snow onion chicken for takeout, and it’s so nice. Crunchy outside, juicy inside and it blended well with the onions. Not too spicy for me and it’s a quick order since there weren’t not many people inside. The server, Kim Hoon, was friendly as well. Would recommend this place to everyone!“
