I came here to see if there was any similar comments and there was another from a week ago. Last night there was a buy one get one free offer for buckets of chicken. Very busy. I started to eat the chicken and felt the taste was very off, almost concerning. The skin tasted like charcoal. Almost a soapy after taste. Even though busy and steady customers, the staff worked sufficiently and as a team to be efficient to serve customers fast.Customers service was great and the clerk had a nice smile and was very courteous.

Something is a miss at this KFC,why don't they stick with the original KFC recipe,that's the only reason I go there.that was my last visit there until they sell what they say they are selling.i don't believe they tried to pass whatever they were selling as KFC,maybe it's the cook, whatever it is I will find a different KFC one that doesn't take their customers for granted.
