“If I'm rating just the food, I would give it a 5 star! It's great for take out. Fried chicken is juicy and the flavours are unique and tasty. I actually think they've catered the restaurant more for take out anyways.They have seating but not really an atmosphere you want to eat in unless you have to. Very basic space without any decor really.Wish they had condiments and utensils readily available instead of having to ask every time.“

“Staff was nice at the drive thru but and a bit slow, maybe short staffed? You need to ask napkins, utensils and ketchup or they'll forget and check if the lids are properly closed before you go. The gravy will leak out. This branch of kfc in New Westminster is just hitting it with ? ? flavourful chicken and Gravy. Will ho back here again. Also, they need to fix the big potholes on the drive thru.“

“By far the best chicken in Coquitlam! I always forget to take a photo since I want to inhale it right away. Food always comes out super fast and is extremely fresh. The chicken is always so crispy and flavourful!! Price is also low compared to other places, although it’s 100x tastier !! Tastes exactly like the chicken in Korea100/10 you must try here“

“More like a self-serve place. Ordered the golden original and snowing cheese chicken. The golden original is the best. The batter was spot on and chicken was juicy. And oil doesn't taste bitter where some other places reuse it so much it affects the quality of the food. The snowing cheese tasted more...sweet. The fries were good, reminded me of Costco fries. Had the mushroom burger. It was done right. Nothing bad about it. Washroom was clean. Only odd thing is they do not have high chair, so my toddler had to sit on the adult chair. I would still go back, just for the golden fried chicken .“

“Stopped by here before heading home today and the wonderful lady that helped us with our order was just super nice and explained the type of hot sauce and the difference, usually all you get from other places is it’s hot and that’s spicier, but to go into detail the type of heat is nice for someone indecisive like me to choose the right one.This is probably one of the best chicken sandwich places in Surrey to be honest. I mean the Mary Brown’s and Popeyes are super dry, McDonald’s is hardly considered chicken and they’re gross like other fast food joints. But Major Joy’s sandwiches actually are hearty sandwiches with a good amount of sauce, jalapeño and greens. The chicken inside of the sandwich is also MASSIVE, not the tiny piece of chicken you get at other places, which is awesome.She also gave us a sample of the Tiramisu cake which was actually very good, it wasn’t dry - like most places, where you get this cake and it’s just dry and not appealing. But this one was actually very moist and a nice treat after a spicy meal.I wish I remembered her name - But to the woman that serviced us February 20th around 4pm, thanks!“

“My friends and I visit this place at least once a month! The chicken is very tender, especially their signature charcoal chicken menus, which are excellent. Other items such as their ddeokbokki, fried chicken, and sides are also superb, so please come and enjoy yourselves! “I love their Golden Crispy Chicken. The chicken pieces are deepfried crispy and seasoned well; it doesn't smell like other big franchise and the batter is at perfect crispy level(not soggy nor not super hard to bite on.) The batter and deepfried skins are crispy and not so oily. Their Golden Crispy Chicken and Soy Garlic are my favorite.Only downside is they open at noon which is a bit too rush for me to make it back to my lunch time. I wish they could open like other restaurants ilke 11:30am.“

I was able to pick it up today and enjoyed it with my family. Thank you for your excellent customer service. We’ll be more than happy to dine with you again and recommend this location wholeheartedly.February 28th 2024Ordered the bonafide family meal with 12 pieces from this location via Uber eats. The chicken was stale and dry. The batter was coming off in large, hard chunks and the chicken was dry and overcooked on the inside. The order was placed at 3:30pm on a Wednesday, I can’t imagine that being a hard time to prepare a fresh meal. Popeye’s is the only takeout I treat myself too regularly. I’m so sad that the poor quality of today’s meal wasn’t able to satisfy my craving.“

“It's okay and interesting. The sauce is creamy and rich, but the tappoki in carbonara is quite bland. The chicken is really good! It's juicy, well-battered, and tender. However, I found it unpleasant that the server asked for payment TOO EARLY because I was trying to enjoy my meal and chatting with a friend. “This is a very welcoming and tasty option in North Vancouver. All the reviews are spot on; the place is clean, interesting, and the service is warm and professional. The food is not super cheap but is good value for what you get. If you like spicy flame grilled chicken you'd be hard pressed to do better. I usually get the double leg, hot, with peri fries, salad, rice or corn on the cob. Very satisfying.“

“This is a restaurant I often visit when I go to Coquitlam Center. When you feel like having a beer, it's close to the skytrain station, so it's a great place to visit without a car, and it's also great to take a leisurely stroll around Lafarge Lake after a hearty meal. My favorite menu item here is the assorted pork cutlet. It is softer, crispier, and more delicious than any other pork cutlet restaurant. ? It will be calm during the afternoon and a little louder at night, but thats just cause they serve alcohol (Thank Goodness). “Crystal Mall is my favourite food court but I came across this place on a whim.. it’s a pretty non descript storefront and the chicken tenders took about 15-20 min of time . “I just ordered a 3 piece meal and received 2 drumsticks and a thigh (brutal). One piece was fine the other 2 were cold and had been sitting awhile. The fries were the worst I've had, they were under heat lamp I'm sure for at least a couple of hours they tasted like day old French fries. this was the Maple Ridge location which just opened, so maybe they were working out the kinks.“
