“I ordered here for my party, and everyone loved it. The chicken was incredibly juicy, flavorful, crispy and just really delicious overall. We got the Yangyeom, Cheese Snow and Soy Garlic flavors based on the staff’s recommendation since they said those were the most popular, and they did not disappoint. All of them were amazing. Their fries were also very crispy and flavorful
What made the experience even better was the service. We came during rush hour, but the staff were still so friendly, patient, and helpful in suggesting what to order. They took the time to help us choose, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Definitely recommend this place.“

“I ordered online pickup. Food was ready on time. There were two workers helping the customers, we were next in line. They made eyes contact for acknowledgement. Offered us for a drink while we're waiting. Ordered was accurate, chickens were warm and crispy, onion rings and corn sides were acceptable except fries were soggy.“

“First time trying Zhengxin Chicken Steak and from the moment we walked in and during our visit, the staff is so friendly and welcoming!

The large sweet & spicy roasted garlic Supreme Topped Chicken Cutlet Steak, Fries, and Orleans Chicken Thigh Burger are so fresh, crispy, juicy, and delicious! There is a unique selection of sauces and seasonings you can add to customize your tasting experience. Our favourite is the Plum Cumin sauce. Complimentary monk fruit and black tea and water is self-serve to enjoy with your meal!

Everything was considered from the ordering process with the option to order from the screen kiosk or at the counter to the gloves to keep your hands clean! The meal was so filling and we had leftovers to take home! Remember to take some free mints on your way out!

The vibrant restaurant decor is super cute with the chicken mascot statue out front and the wall art inside! The storefront is so bright and eye-catching making it easy to spot! This is a popular spot as seen by the constant flow of customers coming for dine in or takeout. There is a membership rewards program for regulars with perks such as a free birthday burger!

“This branch is always really good.. there’s never been a time when I had anything wrong with my order and I’ve been here so many times, it’s basically my go to now because of the good experience I get everytime I visit. We’re here Friday night at 10:40 pm but the food still came out fresh. And the food is always tasty and good. Customer service is one of the best in Surrey too.“

Ordered the family Sweet Soy Chicken & Fries Took awhile to prepare the food (15 mins) No wonder ,huge amount of chicken box was packed full. Large pieces very flavorful, not greasy at all like Churches grease feast j chicken . Fries were amazing .I found a new go to place to buy chicken for a game . A tad pricey, buy I assure you very well worth the money . If this place franchises, they will give KFC & Churches very serious condition . My first time there , highly impressed. I highly recommended you try this. Will not be disappointed. Very pleasant staff. Simple decor, but the service & food will amaze you . Thank you so very much for an amazing meal. “As a Korean, I seriously need to eat Yangnyeom chicken regularly—you know what I mean? :)
I know Chicko Chicken’s Yangnyeom chicken is actually pretty close to the traditional sweet-style Yangnyeom, but honestly… the quality really depends on each store.
That’s why I’m so happy I found this good Chicko location!

“It was my first time coming to OZ Korean BBQ. They had really good authentic Korean food. The server Jinnie was very sweet, kind and super respectful and made me feel welcomed as it was my first time here and I couldn’t have felt happier to have her as my waiter. It’s a great spot to come and study because the ambience and vibe is super chill and plays very mellow Korea music. I had a great conversation with Jinnie even after the restaurant closed. It was sweet of Jinnie to let me stay and chat with her for a bit before leaving. I’ll definitely be coming back here to study and eat more delicious and authentic foods!!“

​You really can't beat eating outside on a beautiful summer day. The grilled PERi-PERi double chicken thighs were cooked to perfection, and pairing them with the fresh grilled corn on the cob and creamy mashed potatoes made for an incredible meal.

“Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The lady at the cashier is never friendly to my husband and me. During our last visit, I noticed she was very nice to the customer in front of us, but when it was our turn, she was rude again. I'm not sure if this is only toward non-Asian customers, but it has happened to us repeatedly.

That said, the food is excellent. We always order the fried chicken from here, and it has been amazing every single time. The quality and taste are consistently great, which is the only reason we've kept coming back.

We really wish the customer service matched the quality of the food. Otherwise, we won't be coming back.“

“This branch is good, made fresh to order. The interior used to not have many seating and now they do, which is great. This plaza has only a few food places to choose from and it’s a good variety but for this size of a plaza it’s less. The combos are tasty. Ordered their new chicken burger promo, the burger for the price is a bit smaller. However it was freshly made and hot. Nice staff team!“

“I do not always comment on this. This store got a new store manager(seems like) and it totally changed my experience. I walked into the store, order as always, the store manager, a very nice and friendly guy took the order and kindly asked me to wait.

He took the order fast, send my order to my table, and greets me for a good meal, with saying “let me know if you need anything”

While I am still eating, he came by and give me some extra spicy pounder saying “seems like you need more spicy, here’s more”

So many different things like this makes me feel like I am getting the real “customer service” like I am at a fine dining place instead of a fast food store. I want to give my appreciation to his kindness and my best wishes to the success of this store, and of course, my loyalty to this store location.“

“I recently got take-out at the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on 64 Avenue in Surrey and received exceptional service from team member Rajwinder. She conducted herself with professionalism throughout the transaction and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.
After I placed a large food order, I realized I had omitted a Coca-Cola. Rajwinder converted the purchase into a combo so that the drink could be included without an additional charge on my card. When the restaurant had run out of chicken leg pieces, she substituted thigh pieces at no extra cost.
These actions reflected both attentiveness and integrity. Rajwinder is a valuable employee of this location, and her service significantly improved the visit.“

The fries were the worst I've had, they were under heat lamp I'm sure for at least a couple of hours they tasted like day old French fries. this was the Maple Ridge location which just opened, so maybe they were working out the kinks.“
