Frequently provides overcooked/burnt chicken to those who order delivery, knowing they don't see immediate repercussions. Never will order from them again.
Second time I've ordered from HiFive, everything arrived cold except for the drinks.
DO BETTER!!!
I just ordered a 3 piece meal and received 2 drumsticks and a thigh (brutal). One piece was fine the other 2 were cold and had been sitting awhile. The fries were the worst I've had, they were under heat lamp I'm sure for at least a couple of hours they tasted like day old French fries. this was the Maple Ridge location which just opened, so maybe they were working out the kinks.

HiFive Chicken is a third favorite chicken place after KFC and Church's. The prices are fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the chicken comes quick and fresh. Customers enjoy great deals, delicious chicken that is juicy and tender, and friendly staff. The spicy four piece and popcorn chicken with hot fries are superb. The bbq ranch burger and Canuck poutine were also enjoyed. The service is amazing, with staff who are friendly, accommodating, and provide excellent suggestions. The food tastes good, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The environment is clean, and the chicken is always pretty fresh. It is a go-to place for quick, easy, and tasty food. Customers will definitely come back.
