Messed up my order. Omitted 2 items I paid for. Called their support number they have on their website - I was advised I'd be given a credit via email. Confirmed my email phonetically. Never got the credit. Called back, was hung up on immediately. Filled out a web form twice, neither submit. Messaged on social media, no response.
So they basically stole from me and refuse to make it right. Absolutely impossible to get ahold of customer support.
The fries are way to spicy I had a bad stomach
So excited I love Taco Bell so much can’t wait until it’s opened!🌮
