“Hello! I had the chance to try out Dai Jang Kum again after a long time. My family had to remind me that I had been here before for me to remember! The Korean Beef and Chicken was delicious. The stoves were hot and tuned up to a great temperature. The cooking surface was big enough to put multiple pieces of meat onto the tray.

I came here recently with a group of friends. There were 6 of us at the table. We order two - Combo C's which could theoretically fill up 6 people. However, the portions felt like it was more suitable for 4 people. Many of us had a small appetite — I was the only one with a lot more. I was surprised how quickly the food disappeared and how hungry I still felt. Remember, I did eat a filling breakfast just a couple hours before.

The service was great. The staff were accommodating, kind and efficient when our group had to move from one stove, to two stoves, to better accommodate for the cooking. We stayed for an hour and 30 minutes, eating and talking with one another.

The parking lot was largely empty on the day we went. I wished there were more people that found out about this hidden gem. Though I am not aware of any all-you-can eat options, I wished they charged less for the combos. Each of the 6 of us had to pay around $38 dollars plus tax. But, I still left feeling hungry. I guess there is always a trade of between all-you-can-eat and pay for what you eat.

The seating can sit upwards of 100 people. The washrooms were clean and tidy. Food was great, but portions and pricing not so much. Thank you for this restaurant!“

“Long time regular here, been supporting since they were at robson. Food is delicious, the sundae here is a staple! If you want to try authentic Korean food that isn't just bbq or street food; this is the place to go. It's also family owned and operated. the owners are really sweet and hardworking, don't be afraid to initiate small chats with them!“

“Fluffle Cafe officially opened end of August last year, and yes, the hype is real. Come for the bingsoo, especially the Mango Bingsoo, basically every table had one! The mangoes themselves are sweet and juicy, though fair warning: they drizzle an extra sweet mango syrup on top. As for the drinks, let’s just say stick to the desserts. The Strawberry Latte is basically milk with strawberry jam, and the Red Bean Latte has the flavour, but all the ground red beans settle at the bottom, so you might need a serious stir. Go big on the bingsoo, go light on the drinks, and enjoy the cozy vibes!“

“Cherry Food House now serves Chinese cuisine, and it’s absolutely delicious for the price. The portions are generous, and everything we tried was flavorful and satisfying. We ordered the Beijing beef, sweet and sour pork, and clay pot rice. My personal favorites were the Beijing beef and the sweet and sour pork — both were especially tasty and well-prepared. Overall, the portion sizes are excellent for the price, making it a great value.“

“Good Chinese skewers, however the little plates with candles under them do very little to warm the skewers. So the skewers may be cooked properly, but they were merely warm when they were served and weren't heated much more by the candles.“

“I order the pork galbi every time I come here. The meat is tender and very delicious. The side dishes they serve are plentiful, and each one tastes great. They often come by to ask if I need refills. It tasted even better with Korean liquor. All the servers here are cheerful and friendly, which reflects the attitude of the owner or manager. However, there can be a wait, so I recommend going right when they open.“
