El Cartel ‘s incredibly tasty Mexican fusion food was a hit with our guests at my milestone birthday celebration. Booking a food truck takes the stress out of hosting an event and definitely makes the clean up easier. RJ is easy to work with, and his professional delivery made our party a great success. Excellent variety and generous portions served right on schedule for 28 guests. Thanks RJ.
