“Overall decent bahn mi, I got tofu and veg. The tofu couldnt have been any less seasoned. I'd imagine it came straight from the pack and sliced and put on. The rest of the sandwich was ok, veg was fresh and good so this saved the plain tofu.

He had numerous orders for pick-up (mine too), but was considerate enough to ask what my order was, and proceeded to prepare it as he was working on another order. He just started his shift, and was left 2 meatballs short (6 not 8) for my sub. He offered to change my order, or to add pepperoni to the sub to make up the difference. Very organized, and considerate, Jodh is an exceptional employee.“

“I visited this location and was served by two different associates. Out of the two, Harman truly stood out.
She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and considerate throughout the entire experience.
She took the time to make sure everything was right and made us feel valued as customers.
Great customer service like hers genuinely makes a difference.
Unfortunately, my experience with the other associate wasn't as pleasant (know the name, but wouldn’t mention, lol) . She came across as quite rude, didn't ask whether we'd like our footlong split, and told us the store didn't have salt and pepper, which was a bit disappointing.

Tbh, Harman completely turned the experience around with her positive attitude and professionalism.
Ngl, it's gotten to the point where before deciding to buy, we literally look through the store window from the parking lot to see who's working. If we see Harman, we happily come in. If not, we usually rethink our decision. That's how much of a difference great customer service makes.

“I stopped by on my drive, after 3 PM rush hour lanes are closed to public to make a three car lane. I took a drive to visit this Safeway. I wanted to get some groceries for lunch/dinner for work. I checked the meets, and they have single serving sized meats. I bought two meat items yesterday. the hamburger meat tasted very good like real hamburger with no additives and fresh. I am happy about the item. the store is very clean, the ailse are spaces, and clean. Easy to find items. I bought their cooked chicken meal Macaroni salad chicken strips. I enjoyed the meal. I did not feel like I was being followed around the store. I like the area of the groceries department. Fresh food and not keeping the old meats. Thank you for the current dated products.“
